Avi P.O.V.

Today we're going to buy some presents at the mall. To be honest, I don't like to shopping, but we're doing this for Kirstie. Plus, I need to buy the best present for my mom. And maybe they help me with that.

I wake up earlier, so I make the breakfast and stay at the living room, sitting on the couch, with my mind full of this week and every moment I had with Kirstie. I have to memorize them cause it won't happen again. I won't have the opportunity again to make her brakefasts, ands dinners, and see her sleeping. So, I have this few minutes to prepare myself to let her go. It seems dumb, since I see her almost every day, but it's different. For me, those moments here were very special. I know I promised Kevin that I would try to see other women, but don't think I can.

After we got ready, I take my keys, and we get to my car. I said yesterday to Scott and Mitch that we would pick them up, so we could arrive all together. Kirstie, today, is all smiles with the guys. I'm very glad to see her better.

When we arrive at the mall, we have a little arrange, so we decided that Mitch and Kevin would go together shopping their stuff. And Kirstie, Scott and I, will stay together. I don't know why she preferred me instead of Mitch. He has the best taste. Well, I can't complain.

We pass by a clothing store, and she insists that she has to by some clothes for herself. She says that so enthusiastic that worthwhile wait some minutes. Scott agrees too.

I'm watching her talking to the seller. She is so kind with everybory. She is all smiles and I can't take my eyes of her. I see she taking many clothes that I suppose she will try on.

Scott and I take a sit in two chairs next to the fitting room. After a minutes, she shows us the clothes that she is wearing. The first she puts on is a black short dress. I'm out of breath. She is stunning. She looks to us, waiting for compliments, smiling with innocent eyes. But I have no words.

"Wow, Kirstie! You look amazing! You definitely should buy this one. This dress fits so well in you!" Scott says with excitement.

And I'm just staring at her, like a dumb teenage boy.

"What about you Avi? Did you like it?" She asks innocently. Sometimes I think she has no idea of how gorgeous she is!

"Yes, I do like it. You are very beautiful." It's all I can say.

I don't know why some guys don't like to shop with their girlfriends. If she were my girlfriend, I would like to do this program with her.

She enters again in the fitting room, and the scene of she showing us dresses, pants, and blouses repeats over an over again. Until she asks about a blue pants she is wearing. And Scott says "I like these pants, but don't you think it would be better in black?"

She seems to be thinking, then she admits. "You are right. I'll try to find these pants in black. Wait a minute guys!" She leaves, looking for the seller.

I'm a little distracted, when Scott turns to me. "Ok Avi, can I ask you something?"

"Well, I think so..." That's not good. Not good at all. He look at me like if he's choosing the best words.

"Please be honest with me. Do you like Kirstie? I mean, really like Kirstie?"

Shock passes across my face. I don't know what to say. He is waiting for an answer.

"What?? no..no..why do you think that??"

My voice is shaking so I can't hide my embarassment.

"Are you sure? Cause you are looking at her like if she is the only girl in the universe. I've noticed the way you look at her and how you treat her and it's not of today. So, are you sure? Look Avi, I'll never judge you. I'm your friend and I want the best for you. Besides, I know how she can be super adorable and sweet and lovely. Every man would fall in love with her being in your position."

Shit.

I should just tell him the truth. He would find out soon or later. I've been successfully hidding my feelings from everybody. Why suddenly, they have to pay more attenction on me? Ok then...

"I dont LIKE her..." I start to talk with my head down.

"Well, if you're..."

But I cut him off...

"I don't just like her...it's not strong enough. I LOVE her...with all my heart. Now, I'm broken and lost, and I don't know what to do about it."

I can hear his gasp.

I can't dare look at him. Maybe he will never understand me. Because of the band and this stuff. This is bad.

"Oh my gosh Avi! I didn't know. I mean, I knew you had a crush on her, but love? Had no idea!"

"You didn't expect this right?" I give him a little smile."Now you know the truth. Please don't tell it to anyone ok? Especially to Kirstie, of course."

"Sure, Avi. Whatever you whant. But, hey..why don't you..."

"Shh..she is coming..."

"I was almost giving up! But I found the pants! So, let's go! I'll pay for this now." She says grabbing all the clothes she's buying.

"We'll finish this conversation later." Scott whisppers to me.

I just nodd...

A couples hours later we're all together again. All of us with many bags in our hands. Yeah, Christmas this year is inspiring.

But I have one gift left.

"Guys, I have one more gift to buy. It's for Esther. I want to buy her a jewel. So, I'm going to that jewelry store. I'll not take much longer."

I need to do this by myself. And I know exactly what I want to buy.

"Hy, can I help you?" The seller asks me. She is a beautiful yong lady.

"Yes, you can. I want to see a golden necklace."

*********

I'm very thankfull to the saleswoman. She helped me to find the most beautiful necklace.

I think Kirstie will like it. It's so delicate, just like her. With a little diamond pendant in heart format.

I don't have any expetations giving her a present. But I think she deserves. I thought about giving her this necklace after our last performance, in NY.

There are some days to go until Christmas. We still have some interviews and performances to do until then. The day exactly before Christmas, we have this performance in NY. Then, we will have ten days off to spend with our familys. Oh men, I miss my family so much!

I find they at a restaurant so we finish our dinner and we are ready to go.

I'll leave Scott, Mitch and Kirstie at her place now.

When we get there, I get out and help her out. While they are helping with her bags, I take this opportunity to say goodbye to her.

"Are you sure you can stay here alone?" I ask.

I'm fine Avi, trust me, ok?" she smiles and I hug her so tight that she starts to laugh.

"Avi, you're crushing me!" I laugh too and let her go. "Bye, Kirstie. See you soon." Suddenly she gives a quick kiss in my cheek. "Bye Avi."
