"What's your name?" The drinks had been left on the bar, but he was completely focused on her now, ignoring the other man who was paying more attention to his drink than either of them.
"Ana. And you?" No man should legally be allowed to look that gorgeous. He probably caused traffic accidents wherever he went. He shouldn't go out in public. He really did have the thickest eyelashes she'd ever seen on a man too. The man was a work of art. And probably a complete asshole. Just sex, she reminded herself. Though his companion was gorgeous too, but she wasn't drawn to him like she was to the man standing in front of her.
"I'm Aidan. It's nice to meet you," he flashed a smile at her, and her heart stopped. He was way too gorgeous and his smile made him even more beautiful.
"Do you need a little help with those drinks?" she asked him, hoping she wasn't being too forward. She might need a few more if she was actually going to sleep with him. Or try to. She had no clue how to go about picking up men. She'd never had a one night stand with anyone before. Why had she let Lacey and Raven convince her this was a good idea? It wasn't. She wasn't great at flirting, and she would probably even be worse with him because she was so attracted to him.
"Sure." He turned back to the drinks and moved three of them in front of her before picking up the other three, then turned back to look at her.
Ana picked up the three he'd left for her and followed him back over to the table. She was surprised to see that he remembered exactly who had ordered what. He gave them all out, taking hers from her, and then turned and handed her the last drink. The one she'd ordered.
"You wanna play pool with me?" he asked before she could sit back down.
Her eyes moved down to his lips. No, I want you to kiss me. Among other things. "Sure." She followed him over to the tables and watched him rack the balls. She hadn't played pool in quite some time. She chose her stick and brought one over to him. This would at least give her some time with him away from the others. She didn't need any more encouragement from her friends.
He smiled at her. "Thanks, Ana." The way he said her name was a turn on.
She liked him. She'd pegged him to be arrogant and maybe an asshole, given how good looking he was, but she quickly found out that he really wasn't, or at least not to her. Instead he was kind and funny. He was sweet, and he'd make great boyfriend material. Probably good husband material too. Which was what she really wanted. A husband. A man who would patiently wait for her to come home in the evenings and make her completely forget about her job. But she doubted Aidan would ever settle down. He was too good looking and could probably walk into any bar and have his choice of any woman in there. Which begged the question, why her?
Ana knew she was pretty. But beautiful? No. She was too curvy. She did work out, but she definitely had an hourglass figure, with both her breasts and her ass being way too big. It annoyed her to no end, but she dealt with it. She wasn't sure what Aidan thought of her body. She hadn't really caught him looking at it, but then she'd probably had too much to drink, and wasn't paying that much attention.
But Aidan was flirting with her, and she got the impression that he was definitely interested. Her friends were long forgotten and her only focus was him. Not even the game of pool they were playing. But this connection she had with him was amazing, and something she sort of wanted to explore. At least with sex. And she was about to do something stupid. Something that went against everything in her, and go off with a man she didn't know and hope he didn't kill her or worse. "Can we make this game a bit more interesting?"
Aidan turned to her, and her breath caught once again at how beautiful he was. He approached her, stopping barely a foot away, and definitely in her personal space, something he'd done more than once that night. He always stood close to her when they were talking. She liked it, liked having him so close. He was tall, well over six feet, and she liked that she felt safe with him. Which was stupid. But he hadn't touched her yet, except a few brushes against her back. She wanted more.
"What do you have in mind?"
Even his voice was sexy, and every time he spoke, it made shivers run up and down her spine. "Well, the way I see it, we're tied. I've won two games, and you've won two games. So whoever wins the next game breaks that tie and wins. I think we should make it interesting." She was nervous saying that, afraid of what he might think. But if he wanted to fuck her, she was giving him the opening he needed.
"Winner takes all?" he asked, a smirk on his handsome face as he leaned in closer to her.
She breathed him in. He smelled just as good as he looked, and she was dying to be in his arms. His flirting was making her even more horny that she already was. "Yes. Winner takes all." She tipped her head up and looked at him. Kiss me already, Aidan.
"And what sort of prize do I get when I win?" he asked as he brought his hand up and touched her cheek, finally touching her bare skin.
His touch was electric and immediately aroused her even more. She leaned into him. "What do you want, Aidan?" Because I know exactly what I want.
His lips curved up as he smiled at her. "You."
"Me?" she asked with a smile.
He leaned in close to her ear, his lips brushing against it as he spoke. "Yes, you. I want to taste you, every inch of your delectable body. I want you under me while I fuck you. I want to hear you scream my name while I make you cum. And I intend to make you cum. Over and over and over again."
Holy shit, but his words were hot. She shuddered and turned her face to him. Was he serious? No man had ever made her cum more than once in a night, or day or whatever. Sometimes not at all. Aidan could put his money where his mouth was, or maybe in this case, his mouth on her pussy and prove that he wasn't full of shit. "You're welcome to try."
He smirked, and wrapped an arm around her. "Is that a challenge?"
She smiled back up at him. "You have to win first."
"I intend to win, Ana. And then I intend to have you. And I guarantee I'll make you cum more than once. It would be my priority and my pleasure." He leaned his forehead against hers as he uttered the last words, making her heart flutter.
"And if I win?" she breathed. She didn't want to. She wanted him to, just to see if he could do as he said. She wanted his hands on her, his mouth on her, and his body against hers. She wanted to see him naked. She wanted to see how many tattoos he really had.
"What would you like?" he asked, his beautiful eyes on her as he moved his head back a tiny bit, though he still kept his arm around her.
What would she like? A relationship with him. A boyfriend who would treat her like she deserved to be treated and not cheat on her. Something he probably would never give her and that thought made her sad. She highly doubted she'd ever have that with anyone. She wasn't getting any younger.
He seemed to notice her sadness too, and he tilted her chin up. "What do you want, Angel?"
Her lips parted, and then she smiled. "It doesn't matter because I have no intention of winning."
