Lori made it to the girl, Merina expected to be cursed off for telling Glenn and Dale. But Lori wasn't mad at all, she understood, knowing there was no way she could keep a secret from Glenn, she asked the girl to run an errand for her, into town. Merina said she would and that's when Lori gave Merina a slip of paper.

Merina sighed as she was walking to her tent, she grabbed her bag and adjusted her flannel. She never shows her stomach, back or legs so she has her flannel if anything happens to her shirt.

Merina wondered if she should ask somebody to go with her, or if she should take a horse but Merina decided not to ask, Glenn was busy doing chores the group needs done, and Rick can't know why she was going to town for Lori, she didn't even trust anyone else in camp to ask and Maggie was far too mad at her, which bugged her more than it should.

Merina didn't like anyone to be mad at her, though she acts like or doesn't seem like she cares about others, she didn't like it one bit but it felt way worse with Maggie being mad at her.

She also decided not to take a horse because last time Daryl took a horse without asking, not only did he almost die, but Hershal was quite upset he took it without asking permission so the girl decided to use her legs, she was far better at them anyway.

The girl quickly left the farm without anyone noticing, mentally cheering so she wouldn't have to explain to anyone who didn't know Lori's situation why she was going in the first place, and she didn't feel like talking anyway. She wanted to be alone, she was better at being alone.

She was walking down the road, holding her hunting knife and keeping aware of her surroundings as she walked towards town. Her eyes flickered around, not taking much notice of anything. The world is dead, no people, no cars.

Merina continued on her journey

“Merina!” she heard a voice from behind her, she froze. She slowly turns around to see Maggie on a horse and another horse tied to hers. “Are you crazy? Coming out here alone?”

Merina rolled her eyes and continued on walking down the road, “I'm better on my own, and you hate me so why are you even here?” Merina said as she walked off from the girl.

“What do you expect me to do? Like you even though I asked for your trust and you betrayed it?” Maggie said with a hint of anger, still following after Merina on the horse. Merina ignored the girl and kept walking down the road.

Maggie huffed and trotted infront of the girl, cutting her off from walking on before getting off the horse, and staring the girl down. “you don't get to play the silent card, why didn't you just keep quiet? Now my dad is pissed at me.” Maggie said.

Merina rolled her eyes, “Just go back, Maggie. I don't need you here.” Merina said angrily before she swayed around her and the horse but Maggie grabbed the back of the girl's shirt, she girl slid and it made her shirt rip.

Merina caught herself on her hands before her face hit the concrete, Marina's scarred back was exposed to Maggie. She could basically feel Maggie's eyes on them.

Maggie eyes scanned each scar, there was a burn mark that was a number 4, whip marks, burns, bite marks, all over the girls back.

“Merina, I-” Maggie tried to say but Merina jumped up, pulling off the rip shirt and putting on her flannel and quickly buttoning it, snatching her bag from the ground and walked to the horses.

She got the spare horse loose before getting on the horse and starting riding the horse into the direction of the town. Maggie quickly got onto the horse and followed the girl, but didn't say anything.

The expression Maggie saw on Marina's face after seeing the girl's back made it pretty clear not to say anything further about to the girl, but Maggie was also too stunned to say anything, she wanted to ask but of course found it to be horrible time.

But she wondered who had to hurt the girl, who could hurt Merina? She was quiet but she was sweet, and kind but warily of others.

The pair made it to the pharmacy without a word, Merina got off her horse and tied it up before storming into the pharmacy, Maggie watched her and sighed.

“what does she want now?” Maggie asked as she walked in. Her eyes flickering to Merina but Merina didn't say anything back. “So, when one of them asks you to keep your mouth shut-” Maggie tried to say but was cut off by a piece of paper being thrown at her.

Maggie sighed before bending down and picking it up, her eyes flickering to Merina who wasn't bothering to look at her as she opened it.

Maggie's eyes flickered down at the piece of paper, a shocked look fell on her face, then a look of anger. “You've got to be kidding me.” Maggie said before walking to the back.

Merina looked around for anything of use, but there wasn't much. She found a couple more batteries, a couple health bars but nothing in immediately use.

“No! No!” She heard Maggie scream, she jumped up to see a walker holding Maggie by the arm through the bookcase. “Merina!”

“Maggie!” Merina yelled before running over and jumping over the counter, she pulled out her knife and stabbed the walker in the head. The walker fell limp onto the floor before turning to Maggie. “Did it get you? Did it bite you?” Merina said in panic before Maggie pulled her into a bone crushing hug.

Merina didn't mind it too much, they were both shaken up from what just happened and Merina found comfort in Maggie. Merina could feel Maggie shaking in the hug so Merina hugged her tighter.
