Rhee's Twin sister

• Panic Attack • Short chapter.

Merina stayed on the porch as the others went inside to clean Lori up from her car accident. Again, she's having moments where she doesn't want to talk to anyone, only wanting her brother. Her eyes lit up once another car came into view, she ran off the porch as everyone came out of the house.

The men jumped out of the truck, Rick went to Lori and Carl, Hershal went to Maggie and Glenn ran to Merina. Her eyes flickered over to see him.

"Who's that?" Tdog said making everyone look over to see the the man that was blindfolded and had his hands and feet bounded together, the man Merina couldn't pry her eyes from.

"That's Randall."

Merina felt as if the world froze, she was standing in front of the guys who was apart of the group who broke her, bruised and scarred her. Her breathing started to pick up.

"Merina?" Glenn asked in worry, feeling the girls tenseness and fast breathing. She felt all eyes were on her before she still couldn't pry her eyes from Randall. "Merina!"

Merina felt her heart pounding, her breaths fast as if she couldn't breath at all. She was frozen, her eyes wide as she gripped her shirt. She heard everyone trying to talk to her.

"Merina!"

"Sweetheart, you gotta breath."

"What's wrong with her!"

"You're okay!"

She couldn't stop the panic attack, her blood ran cold as she continued to stare at him. Maggie blocked her vision from the boy, and wrapped her arms around the girl. "Copy my breathing, alright?" Maggie said softly before breathing a nice and slow breaths.

Merina did as Maggie said to do, copying her calm and even breaths as she clung to Maggie. Everyone else was silent, shocked by what had happened. Only Glenn knew she had panic attacks but even he was shocked at this moment.

It was silent for a moment before somebody spoke up, but she didn't bother to look to see who it was. "Take her inside, let her rest."

Glenn was hesitant to let her go, his eyes flickered up to Maggie but none the less, let her go. The girl had previously told him her feelings about his sister, and he trusts Maggie so if she was better off with anyone, it was Maggie.

Merina felt herself being moved, her eyes shakily and weakly flickered to who was taking her inside the house, it was Maggie.

Merina firmly grasped Maggie's hand, it shocked Maggie but was happy about it. Maggie took the frozen and stunned girl to her bedroom, letting her sit on the bed. Maggie sat down beside the girl, the two sat in silence.

Maggie sighed as she leaned off and slipped off Merina's shoes, sliding the girl's legs into bed with a sigh. Maggie covered her up, she went to turn away but Merina quickly grabbed her hand.

"Please, Stay." Merina mumbled to Maggie, the girl looked at her and nodded, she got on the other side of Merina. The girl immediately gets closer to Maggie, tears swelling in the girl's eyes.

Maggie pulled the girl closer to her, gently removing the hair out of Merina's face and wiping the tears off her cheeks. "You're okay, love." Maggie said softly.

"Maggie." Merina said softly, opening her eyes, staring at Maggie in her eyes. "I... I love you."

Maggie widened her eyes at the girl, staring into her eyes looking for any sign of a lie but finding none. "I love you too," Maggie said with a small smile on her face.

"I'm sorry for not saying it sooner, I was..." Merina tried to say as she closed her eyes, trying to calm her breathing.

Maggie gently shushed her before placing a gentle kiss on the girl's lips, Merina kisses back, welcoming the warmth and the comfort with open arms. "It's okay, Mernie." Maggie said softly once the kiss broke. "Now, sleep."

Merina snuggled closer into Maggie, which the older girl gladly let her. The two stayed close, though Maggie's mind was filled with worried, thoughts and questions about what just happened not too long before, she figured it was best to not mention it, to give the girl a night of peace.

Maggie watched the girl's eyes slowly begin to drop, Maggie smiled as the girl fell into a peaceful sleep. She kissed her head before snuggling into bed herself, she was worried about Merina, she didn't know what the panic attack was about and she knew Shane won't leave her alone about it tomorrow til she finally spoke.
