A test of Loyalty

"All is well that ends well," Livio said with a satisfied smile.

"You're right, but don't you think we overdid it a bit?" Celine replied, a hint of concern in her voice.

"Nah, they brought it upon themselves," Livio chuckled.

After enjoying a bit more of the magical atmosphere, they left Disneyland. As they exited, Celine asked, "When will you return to Takachiho Gorge?"

"The day after tomorrow," Livio replied. "What about you?"

"Same. Since we're free tomorrow, let's visit Mount Fuji."

Livio thought for a moment and agreed, even though he had planned to ask her the same. "See you tomorrow. Bye."

Livio wanted to spend more time with Celine, so he offered to walk her to her room. Initially, she declined, but he convinced her. On their walk, Celine bought them large cone ice creams, despite Livio's mild headache from the day's activities. He hesitated but couldn't refuse her.

On the way, we saw Loid following them, and behind Loid, a shady person was following him.

Celine received a message and told Livio, "Wait here. I will be back after answering
a call, please."

Livio replied, "Okay."

By the time they reached Celine's Lodge, they were full from the treats. Before parting, Livio asked, "Why did you come to Tokyo?"

"With friends, to buy materials for our project. We leave on the 27th and finish the project the next day," she replied. "You never told me where you're staying."

Livio shared his location, saying he'd be there before her. When he got to his room, his condition worsened. He decided to rest.

Just then, Livio saw a message from Loid, whose profile picture had a five-sided cross.

The message read:
"I found a deep blue sea where I can take a dip. There reside blonde snakes; by looking at them, I get relief. I found a hidden paradise, but you gave me the path."

Livio thought, "I think he's high," and went to bed, too weak to move.

Before entering the Lodge,Celine turned on her phone and chatted with her friends.
Emma, the group head, asked, "Hey, you're keeping our blueprint safe, right?"
"Don't worry, it's totally fine," Celine replied, holding the blueprint.

Loid overheard their conversation and smiled. After the call, Celine noticed a cute cat and went to pet it. The cat got scared and ran away.
"Hey, don't run. I won't harm you," she said.

Suddenly, she felt someone behind her. It was Loid, standing menacingly. Before she could react, he pushed her against the wall and snatched the blueprint.

"I am a member of Tenbu, and I like you. You can't deny me. Since I like you, you are now my property," he said.
"Please leave me alone. I don't want any trouble," Celine pleaded.

"Haaa haaa haaa, what trouble? Can't you see you're trapped?" he mocked, showing her the blueprint. "Don't you want it back?"

Celine started shaking and asked, "Please return it. It has nothing to do with you."
"If you want it back, throw the pendant at Livio's face and say, 'I hate you,'" he demanded.

"Who are you and how do you know about us?" she asked, trembling.
"It doesn't matter now. Follow my condition, or I'll leak it and spread false information about you," he warned, leaving her crying on the ground.

After he left, Celine got a message from an unknown person: "Well."

The next day, October 26, 7 AM, Celine waited for Livio at the station. The train was scheduled for 7:30 AM. Concerned when Livio didn't show up, she called him. His weak voice prompted her to check on him.

At his room, she found him shivering and weak. Livio apologized, saying, "I can't go with you. But don't worry about me. Go with your friends. I'll be alright."

As she left, Celine cried and threw the pendant at Livio's face, saying, "Goodbye."

Livio collapsed after she left, but a passing servant caught him. He felt as if he were lying on an icy surface, gradually losing his senses. Suddenly, warmth returned. He woke to find his room clean, breakfast on the table, and Celine asleep on a chair. It was October 27, 8 AM.

Livio was initially confused and looked around for the servant but didn't find her.

Livio saw a message on Celine's phone from her friend Emma:
"I never thought you could fall so low, Celine. You sold our hard work just for money. Shame on you."

Another message from Loid read:
"Now that I sent a part of your project to your friends, you can understand how serious I am. Quickly ditch Livio, or you will witness hell."

"Livio recognizes Loid by the cross symbol."

Then he saw the pendant on Celine's neck.
After that, he understood that he was having a bad nightmare and that Celine had never left him.

Despite everything, Celine hadn't left his side. Livio stayed calm, not revealing the messages to her. He realized the depth of her sacrifice and loyalty, even after all that had happened. He resolved to confront Loid and protect Celine and their shared future, knowing they had to face the upcoming challenges together.
