Sabrina had likewise felt Samantha's presence, so Julia seized a hand and stared into her eyes.

"I've dreaded this day..." she whispered as they headed downstairs. "I always wanted to tell you, but I promised to guard the secret."

Sabrina immediately twisted and gazed at Luis. Seeing this, Tim feared a reaction considering her fondness for him.

"I'll mind him." Tim declared.

Julia grabbed his hand.

"Thank you."

With that, he escorted Luis upstairs.

"Why are we in the basement?" Sabrina inquired.

"It's what Samantha was looking for."

Julia gradually neared a partition anchored by heavy screws and arranged in an unusual numeric sequence. Several windows were similarly darkened while others reflected light from obscure angles. An act that allowed the exterior light to enter each chromium candle base and reflect back inwards against the wall.

"What is this place?" she urged.

"A domain of sanctuary." Julia replied while placing a lone black candle.

Sabrina stepped forth staring like a child at Christmas.

"Go on; don't be afraid." she affirmed as a barrier parted.

"What'll I experience?" Sabrina asked.

Julia smiled.

"The truth." she answered.

Sabrina shockingly sighed even amid her jubilation.

"I'm proud of what you've done."

"Thank you, but it's only the beginning."

Sabrina emerged after a bit with an astounded expression.

"I can feel many things..." she advised. "But I want to know everything."

Sabrina was beginning to believe regardless of her lingering resentments, but discovering her lost history was only the start.
