Y/n Granger had a hard time focusing that morning. She couldn't stop thinking about George and how he looked when he opened the door the night before. She didn't mean to be blunt, but he looked... well, he looked hot.

She couldn't stop thinking about how his pajama pants had ridden so low that they showed his toned body and a small trail of hair leading down to his-

"Get a grip, Y/n!" Y/n muttered to herself as she brushed her teeth, desperately trying to will the thoughts away.

She supposed she couldn't blame herself for her spiraling thoughts or the butterflies fluttering incessantly in her stomach. She didn't understand how anyone could act normal after seeing that. He had a six pack that looked like it was sculpted by the gods for fuck's sake.

Y/n forcibly moved the thoughts and the mental image of how he looked out of her mind by shaking her head. She sighed frustratedly and ran a hand through her hair as she walked back into the main room to wake up Hermione and Harry. Her eyes fondly taking in the scene of her younger sister and the boy she had come to think of as her younger brother soundly sleeping. Part of Y/n wanted to leave them there to sleep, but knew they needed to get up and start the day so she hesitantly walked towards the bed Hermione was sleeping in that she had shared with her last night.

"Hermione." Y/n called softly, gently shaking her sister awake. "It's time to get up."

Hermione's eyes slowly fluttered open until her tired brown eyes were looking back into Y/n's. Hermione groaned quietly as she sat up and tried to rub the sleep from her eyes. Y/n gently stroked the expanse of Hermione's head before walking to the other bed where Harry was sleeping soundly.

"Harry." Y/n said, gently shaking him, but he didn't stir. "Harry." Y/n called a little louder, shaking him a little more. "Wake up, Harold."

Harry started to shift in his sleep, mumbling something incomprehensible under his breath. Y/n smiled fondly and continued to gently shake him until he was closing his eyes tightly to try and block out the sunlight in the room and Y/n knew he was awake.

"C'mon, if you don't hurry you'll miss the train again." Y/n teases with an amused smile.

Harry's eyes open wide at this, no longer trying to shut them and go back to bed. He looked alarmed and like the joke had gotten rid of any remaining trace of sleep in his system. He practically jolted upright in bed before ripping the covers off and standing up. He's almost careening out of the door when he remembers something and turns back around to face both Granger sisters,

"Thank you for uh letting me stay with you last night." Harry thanked with a painfully awkward, but beautifully sincere smile. That honestly on its own did a good job explaining exactly who Harry was: sweet, but so awkward.

"Of course." Y/n replies in a soft voice, her tone becoming gentler at his words. "How'd you sleep?"

"I slept-" He starts to say, almost like he's instinctively going to lie before he realizes he doesn't have to. "I slept alright actually."

"That's good." Y/n smiles. "Wouldn't want to have to deal with a grumpy Harold." She teases and ruffles his hair affectionately.

"You know Harry isn't short for Harold right? It's not short for anything." Harry reminded with raised eyebrows.

"Yes, but it's more fun to say Harold." Y/n explains with an eye roll.

Harry just looked at her exasperatedly in return while Hermione yawned loudly in the background as she began to wake up from her sleepy daze. When she hears the topic of conversation that her sister and her friend are discussing she rolls her eyes albeit in a fond manner before returning to brushing her teeth. Harry waves goodbye once more and walks down the hallway back to his room.
