Y/n and Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Lucy Diggory, Dina Avery, and the entirety of the Gryffindor quidditch team except their captain all stood in the hospital wing huddled around one bed that Harry Potter was currently unconscious in.

After the torrential downpour of rain started in the sky the Quidditch game had seemed on rocky ground. However, Hermione cast a spell on Harry's goggles so he could see the field as if there was no rain and return to looking for the snitch.

Oliver Wood had been so ecstatic that he grabbed Hermione and gave her a kiss on the cheek much to Ron's dismay. He was grumpy and sulking about it for most of the rest of the game after.

Y/n had been worried still with the vision she had that morning. After telling Harry to be extra careful, she watched the sky feeling like she was sat on pins and needles. That's when it happened just like her drawing predicted.

Dozens of dementors could be seen floating in the sky. They had been flanking Hogwarts since Sirius Black's most recent sighting in a town close to Hogwarts. Their black tarnished robes flowing around their otherworldly bodies as they flew towards the top of the Quidditch pitch. They were flying straight towards Harry.

Before anyone could process the sight in front of them, Harry's body appeared out of the clouds limp and hurdling towards the ground at a speed that was frightening. Gasps and even small screams rippled from the crowd. Hermione, Ron, and Y/n all stood up from their seats in sheer terror. Y/n's wand was out in the blink of an eye as she casted the braking spell. Her voice booming in unison with headmaster Dumbledore's as they both casted the same incantation, "Arresto Momentum" and saved him from certain death.

Now, they were all staring at his sleeping body in the single cot with worry in their eyes. Even Neville covered in face paint of Gryffindor colors was there at his bedside looking over at Harry.

Hermione and Ron were on his left closest to his bedside and Y/n was on his right holding his hand. The action was a reassuring almost motherly gesture and even though she knew he couldn't feel it she did it anyways because the action was as much to comfort him as it was to comfort herself.

"He looks a bit peaky." Ron mumbled in observation.

At these words half the people crowded around Harry's bed turn to look at Ron in disbelief. Hermione in particular just shook her head in disbelief.

"Peaky?" George echoed sounding thoroughly amused and taken aback by his description.

"What did you expect? He fell over a hundred feet!" Fred added with a hint of humor in his voice despite the intensity of the situation.

Ron looked a little embarrassed and the tips of his ears started to redden as he realized what an obvious and expected thing he had stated.

"Yeah, c'mon Ron, let's walk you off the astronomy tower see what you look like." George snickered under his breath especially as his younger brother Ron's face went pale with fear.

The Gryffindor quidditch team and even Neville chuckled at that, but they were quickly interrupted by an interjection that caught their attention completely.

"Probably a right sight better than he normally does." Harry mumbled playfully from his bed as his eyelids fluttered open.

His green eyes were now open again and adjusting to the sight of at least a dozen people crowded over his face. His words were accompanied with quiet groans as he stretched his sore limbs and muscles and tried to sit up.

Y/n quickly helped him adjust, dropping her hand from his to place it on his back and help him sit up. She eased him to a sitting position slowly and carefully before brushing a stray strand of raven black hair out of his face.
