"You sound similar," Irū looked up at Kato. He hummed and nodded,
"Who is he?" Tenshi nodded to his sister. He lacked social courtesy but to Kato, it was charming.
"Well, he says you're his son." She began.
"I haven't even dated." Tenshi frowned.
"No you wouldn't, you'd want to go straight to marriage." Irū mentioned and he shrugged without much care, "he says you're his son from another world." She quoted. Tenshi froze and looked at Kato who waved,
"No way," his eyes widened, though not much else changed, "oh wow, no way at all." He shook his head.
"Can't you check?" She tilted her head.
"How? I'm not smart enough." He shrugged and stared at Kato,
"I- I can help." Kato offered and raised his hand.
"I suppose he could. If he is from another world then that means one of you figured it out." She empathised.
"...Alright. You know exactly how to gain my trust." Tenshi shrugged and walked away, "stay for the night, we'll start tomorrow. I want to finish what I'm doing now." He muttered. Still so admirable that Tenshi refused to leave anything unfinished. He refused to start new projects until one was finished. Kato was already far happier than he was that morning. Considering it was now afternoon and he was still standing there.
"Have you eaten?" Irū smiled at him, he pulled off his blindfold and shook his head,
"I'm fasting." He replied comfortably.
"Ah, you practise with us. How cute." She doted and he nodded, as she walked away, "well, tell us about yourself," she offered him a seat on the sofa but he rather sat on the floor where he could actually look up at people. She had changed out of the dress and into a longer, more comfortable one - and then sat down on the sofa, looking at him. "So your name?" She tilted her head.
"Kato Saba." He nodded, "I have two older siblings..." he hummed and she urged him to continue, "Naeem Saba and Camilla Saba." He looked up and she chortled,
"Triple threat." She leaned back, "Naeem of Pakistan, Camilla of Spain, Kato of Japan." She mentioned. He didn't realise that until now.
"Oh." He blinked. She shook her head and urged him to continue. "Uh... I... Naeem played the piano with you a lot... he wanted to learn so you taught him," he tried to remember, "he... liked using guns more than swords as well. So he's better with them." He rambled, realising he couldn't remember much of his family, in all reality. He'd need a prompt, "he likes history and has big eyes like mum... he wears glasses too." He listed absently,
"Kato, I don't want to know about Naeem or Camilla." She shook her head, "I want to know about you." She smiled and pointed at him. Her voice was always so tranquil and collected. Even in his world, where they had been through so much strife prior. She sounded content with her life. And she knew exactly how to calm others down to that same level of peace, when he was younger and Kato cherished his time with her, it was her voice that would put him to sleep without him realising. And even now, he was feeling sluggish, as he rested his arm and head on the seat of the sofa and looked up at her. "Tell me how you got here, I want to know you from now and you from your own world." She rested her hand on his head and gently played with his hair.
"...Stop that..." he mumbled, "I'll end up sleeping." He sat up straight and she laughed gently.
"So tell me about you here." She rested her hands on her lap,
"...I came here... and I was in Spain." He began, "where I looked and found Uncle Juno." He mumbled,
"Oh, Elena's brother." She nodded.
