Adonis was beginning to see how attached the rest of his family was becoming with Kato. He wasn't sure how to feel that the boy who looked too much like his wife and hated him was warming up to the rest of them. Added to the fact it was the same boy to take his wife and was claimed to have murdered and burned someone - he wasn't sure how to feel. All he heard was stories about him - the kid left usually soon after he returned home and refused to speak to them. But that all seemed good enough for them. But Adonis wasn't sure how to approach the situation. Everything about him screamed Juno's hate. Everything told him not to trust the kid, but Kato had done nothing. Even when Elena returned from being kidnapped, she was in an undisturbed state. Emotionally, he wanted to say that the boy was a threat, yet as it seemed, he was doing great for the family visually.

Was Adonis really okay with how influential he was though? Since his arrival, things had changed. Elena was more conscious; the kids started buying their mother gifts? Athena went out less and dressed differently; Odele hadn't changed much, he was just a bit weary. Otherwise he hadn't changed. Bianca went to school more now, she never had to in the past nor did she want to, she was often in the office. And Antonio was acting more like a child by the day. Of course, they seemed to be good things but if the kids were only acting like that because of him, then they weren't being themselves. And that was what Adonis and Elena wanted for them at the end of the day.

All Adonis could really do was watch. He was worried. If Kato was his nephew then was all of this information getting sent back to Juno? Could the kid even fight or were Sora and Soji both in on the scheme? Sora was as two-faced as they could get. Two-faced but reliable at the right price - usually violently physical satisfaction (not sex; genuine fighting and killing) or adrenaline for him, since he had the looks good play off a model. Soji... was probably worse. He couldn't lie very well, but he could keep secrets effortlessly. So was Kato even worth keeping practically? Of course, the boy kidnapped Elena, there was that going for him; so being bound to protect her and being related to her as one of the only people to surpass Adonis in physical means, it was reassuring to have him on Adonis' side. Better than having an unstoppable villain, he supposed.

With a sigh at the looks of his paperwork and other errands, he tipped his head back and massaged his forehead. It wasn't the easiest, working with so much on his mind. But it would make do. It wasn't too difficult, he decided. It could have been worse.

Returning home that night, Athena had messaged Adonis claiming there was a problem. That was never good, for the family with no problems. He made his way back quickly, leaving his car with a valet and making his way up to the penthouse and seeing Kato apologising to Elena.

"What did I miss?" He smiled nicely at the sight of his wife,

"He's apologising that he has a wedding to help arrange and attend in a fortnight!" Elena cooed and covered her mouth, "darling you don't have to be sorry for that!" She giggled, Adonis sighed, he was actually a rather genuine boy otherwise. "Whose is it?" She excitedly bobbed and he rested his hands at her shoulders to calm her down,

"My aunt's." He mumbled,

"Oh~" Elena tilted her head, "oh wait, you have an aunt?" She wondered,

"...I have to go to the mosque..." he pushed back,

"Wait, you have an aunt!?" Elena realised,

"She's marrying Uncle Soji... Lady Elena." He replied and left without acknowledging Adonis. He was pleasantly surprised to hear that,

"Wow! Soji's getting married! Little rat didn't tell us; to think we're high school mates!" He looked back at Kato going into the elevator.

"He's marrying a high school sweetheart which is really cute," Athena chortled and Adonis laughed,
