The air seemed lighter around the penthouse. Elena assumed it was because Kato had come to terms that this was her life. So it was almost a shame when he wasn't around. She never questioned why he hadn't left after he met his father - she worried it would remind him that he had to. She was hoping he had forgotten. It was a shame, the morning after the night he nearly excitedly left - it was cloudy.

Kato had woken up the day of Eid-al-Fitr and, though it was 05:30; he heard cooking. He never really woke up so quickly before, not in a while. He got up and with a brief stretch, went and saw Irū already cooking in the kitchen. She smiled up at him, "oh, Eid Mubarak," she wished as he wrapped his arms around her,

"Eid Mubarak," he hummed and rested his head on hers. She chortled, nodding,

"Go shower." She urged, he pushed away and went into the shower.

Returning, he instantly went to help in the kitchen. More was being made than there had to be for a household of, at most, four or five, depending on if Soji elected to join as a revert. But he didn't question it, he just cooked with her.

When Tenshi woke up, Kato and Irū had packaged all of the food. It didn't take a genius to assume they weren't eating inside, and putting together that there was more food than needed, Kato assumed they were going somewhere. The man patted his son's back and looked at the food, "alright Mateo, I got you a thobe and keffiyeh, get ready, we're going to pray in half an hour." He nodded out. Kato beelined out.

"Aren't you going to tell him you matched with him?" Irū looked at her brother while mildly amused. He looked away,

"He's an observant boy." Tenshi shrugged, getting some money, "plus, it doesn't matter if he doesn't." He added and counted the bills, "should be enough, you okay to come by yourself?"

"Soji's helping. But he's planning for the wedding in your stead." She turned back to packaging, Tenshi rolled his eyes.

"Alright, stay safe," he patted her head. Kato mumbled something as he left. Both adults turned to look at him and saw him struggling with the keffiyeh. But he wore the dark maroon thobe wonderfully, with the black alibaba's, he was summarised into a nice package rather well. "Oh, looking good. Need help?" He came over and Kato sat down,

"Sorry..." he apologised as Tenshi worked on the keffiyeh. He never got to learn how to do it, where he would have when he was 16, the same year he had his painting and so much more, yet he couldn't. Because he was in such a poor state at the time, with bandages all around him, he couldn't exactly learn. He was healing. So it never came up.

"Don't be sorry," Tenshi shook his head, "I'm glad I could teach you something," he hummed and fixed it on, it was black and a matching red. Kato wondered why, did it make him seem more human to have to learn? "It makes me feel like a competent dad." He patted Kato's cheek. The boy hugged around Tenshi's waist and sighed, "you alright?" He patted Kato's back.

"Thank you." He replied and sighed. Somehow, it was more reassuring and more humane for Kato to be told Tenshi wanted to be a good dad over the fact that at every other given moment, Kato was still a robot.

"Right. Let's change." Tenshi nodded to Irū. Kato let him go and watched them go into their room. He remained sitting and waited for them. After a moment, Tenshi left while fixing his button and sighing. "Are you doing makeup there?" Tenshi yelled back to his sister, before seeing Kato stare at him, "you alright?" His furrowed brow furrowed a bit more,

"We match." He whispered and Tenshi looked away. He was embarrassed that Kato got so excited, it was cute. But also rather strange from such a large kid. "You look nice in black and brown," he added. Tenshi wore a black thobe with a red and black keffiyeh to go with the matching maroon of his alibaba's. So they had swapped.
