The next morning, Kato spent his first hours with Tenshi, showing him the maths behind warping through worlds briefly. And it was rather brief, all things considered, he only went through the basics with his dad before he realised he had a life outside of this peaceful one. He paused and looked at the board. "Kid?" Tenshi looked at the boy who bit the inside of his cheek.

"I have to go..." he whispered and walked away.

"Just like that?" Tenshi raised a brow tiredly, Kato went to change into what could have been his uniform. He left the bags in the corner and out of the way,

"Duty." He replied. "I'll be back soon." He promised and looked at the board, "thank you for believing me so easily." He whispered.

"Science doesn't exactly lie." He mumbled. Ironic for someone so religious to be so scientific. Though when Kato asked, his father would always claim that they weren't one of the same, they didn't need to be mixed. Fair enough. Kato left and Tenshi looked at the board, and then the door which closed. "Sis!" He called,

"Yes?" She arrived,

"Help me out," he presented the board. She looked at the board with slight interest and read over the text,

"You take me as someone far smarter than I am." She opined and still looked at the board, what was she even looking at? Different diagrams and what rules stated -

"I understand it but I can't carry it on." He mumbled, "I can't just wait for the kid to finish his shifts before I can learn this." He stated the obvious fact, looking at the board. Irū picked up a marker and tied her hair back, where she sighed,

"True." She agreed, circling parts she wanted to learn so that she could help. That was the prime team: the scientist and the analyst. All the scientist had to do when they reached a stump was confide in the analyst, teach them everything and let the patterns be set out for them to carry it on.

They worked on it for hours and Tenshi found himself getting closer, he laughed to himself in slight hysteria and got a laptop, "we're gonna need a bigger board." He mumbled and Irū, writing on the whiteboard, agreed. They continued to work on it and scribbled across parts and debating points. They didn't need Kato, if one of them could figure it out, they all could. Then it made sense to Tenshi. Seeing the calculations, he gasped and looked at Irū. "Ya Allah I get it." He exhaled at her and she raised her arms, smiling and stepping back for him to snatch a marker and begin scribbling. She was impressed, he claimed to have gotten in but was scribbling down notes and theories, ideas and more for 15 minutes before ending with a wave graph. He looked at it and looked around, "I need to go to the university." He exhaled.

"What's- oh," she tilted her head at the wave diagram, "interesting. How do you intend on linking them though?" She wondered.

"String theory with an actual string." He got an actual string,

"That's not big enough to create a wormhole," she claimed and crossed her arms.

"Their flexibility makes them good brane mimics." He replied,

"Not big enough," she repeated,

"Too big and we'd rip the world apart." Claimed Tenshi.

"Then use something a bit more dense," she sighed,

"It might not work, we need similar dynamics for a simple and appropriate brane," he insisted, "they have to be identical, remember." He pointed to his head and she looked at the board,

"You're better off finding something with Yae. Her side of physics is where wormholes are theorised." She rested her fingers on her forehead and she inhaled,
