Camilla cried at the sight of Irū and Soji together. It was up to Kato and Tenshi to calm her down. Sora was glad to meet her as well, actually. He was there for his brother's wedding, glad to see Kato there as well. But he was interested in both of them. "Wow~" he began when he approached them.
"Uncle Sora!" Camilla cheered through her tears. Tenshi was rubbing her back and though the music behind them was blasting, everyone could be heard perfectly fine.
"I see you're better adjusted to calling me uncle than the rest of them." He chuckled and poked her cheek, "you're rather cute! You one of Irū's nieces then?" He tilted his head and she nodded.
"You haven't changed at all!" She claimed and Kato pulled her up, picking her up, onto his lap.
"Oh, are you two-"
"Siblings." The pair replied quickly. Though honestly, they looked nothing alike, so it would be extremely hard to prove.
"May as well tell people you're dating. I haven't seen siblings more different." He tutted and shook his head, "who're your parents?" He sat down and watched Kato pinch her side to get her to stop crying. Tenshi then realised another truth: Kato had the maturity of a 21 year old, and probably more with how enriching his experiences were. Camilla however, was stuck with the mind of a 19 year old, she wasn't aware of the time loop. Only a select few Tenshis and Kato's true father knew alongside him. And Kato's true father only knew just about. So really, Kato was left to grow alone.
"Tenshi." Kato whispered and Sora spared a glance to Tenshi, who nodded. The man merely smiled and got comfortable, he knew something was up - Sora's intuition was too sharp, even for Kato. He could try hiding secrets, but Sora would be able to guess through nearly all of them. All with that wonderful smile he offered people.
As the wedding continued, Camilla strayed to explore different things of this world, things that seemed as simple as cameras. She was simply learning while Kato watched and greeted people for the sake of hosting like Irū would have. She seemed antsy up there with her new husband, being unable to run around and serve. But Soji was noble enough to comfort her. Though he cried at the sight of Irū initially, Sora laughed as he tried to compose himself.
Poor news came from Kato's hosting. Their first cousins wanted to stay the night. Did they have the room? Well, not with Kato - Tenshi's coworker - and Camilla, who had been claiming to be the daughter of all different aunts just to set confusion. He hummed though - he always had the penthouse. But he should inform Tenshi at the very least. He was talking to Sora and his new mother-in-law. A tall woman of 5'9", with light brown hair and stern, purple eyes. She wasn't too memorable, in all honesty. But she smiled up at Kato.
"Goodness, they come tall now, don't they?" She joked and looked at her coworker. An older woman of 6'1". She had black hair with oxidised brown ends, she had it tied into a bun.
"Hm, he seems too good to be true." She poked into Kato's bicep. She had a strange accent.
"He is." Tenshi mumbled. Sora looked at him.
"Father," Kato ignored the comment, "your cousins are intending to stay the night. It won't be an issue for me to take Camilla for the night." He offered a hand as if he needed to shake Tenshi's hand. He wasn't sure why, not even Tenshi was sure why. "Sorry." He pulled his hand back and the man frowned.
"That's fine, are you okay kid?" He turned to Kato.
"Fine..." he promised, "I got... used to talking to unfamiliar people." He confessed and Tenshi hummed.
"You adjust quickly then, don't you?" Sora's mother crossed her arms. How old was she then? Late 50's? She looked great. "I like him. Fit for war." She complimented.
