Well, he still had Athena to look for, but if her brother was correct to say she was with the influencers, he didn't want to be around people as insistent and as social as she was. She was enough. He recalled an errand he had: the library. There was a set of stairs down to large doors. He decided to take his gander and go down. Pushing the door open: a range of shelves. It seemed open with the dim lights, but the librarian wasn't there. And since it was unlocked, he decided to continue. He needed to find the book Tenshi wanted. Who was it from again? Two men. He'd just have to look around. With a sigh, he looked around, the place reminded him of the library in his world. He never really enjoyed books; he never had the time. But Naeem was obsessed with books. The place even smelled of felt, leather and the newer paper covers.

He realised the place was sorted by topic, which was good for him. He dumped his blazer onto a chair and looked amongst the shelves, finding the topic and the letter T. He looked around and when it wasn't there, went to H. He found it in H and pulled it out, a thick, heavy book. He flicked through it - if Tenshi was learning it, he'd probably need it as well. So he glazed over the pages.

People wondered how he saw with the blindfold, he just had better eyesight and concentration for it. Not to mention, white was easy to look through when it was right in his face. And when all else failed, he could rely on his hearing and sensory intuition. He brushed over all 860-ish pages of diagrams and annotations, as well as heavy paragraphs silently. He probably wouldn't have the time when his father was reading it, though he was aware that he'd need to return to the party eventually.

However long he was reading briefly over pages, he stopped when he heard low chuckling and giggling. Familiar giggling. He continued reading silently behind the bookshelf as Athena cooed and mewled. That sickening sound of kissing to bounce and muffle against the walls and shelves of the library.

"We're alone here," the man teased her. Well, they weren't, but Kato wasn't so interested in making his presence known.

"I wouldn't have minded being in front of people," she giggled, "but we're here now..." she then brooded and hummed into a kiss. Kato continued reading as the noises that came next flooded the room; cursing, whining, teasing, gasping. Whatever else came from sex, it disrupted the room's tranquillity and innocent interest and flooded the room with lust and the heavy, suffocating smell of love. Kato was unresponsive.

And when they finished, and he had cleaned himself up and kissed her a farewell before leaving - only Athena and Kato remained in the library.

She was slipping back on her dress when she heard a page turning in the distance. She bit her tongue and covered her mouth, cursing internally before searching. She made sure whatever marks and traces left on her were covered.

She wasn't sure if she wanted to roam and see who listened to them. But what if they got footage? Not exactly advantageous. She pushed along the carpeted floor until she saw him, and gasped. He didn't react, he continued reading.

"What the Hell are you doing here," she shook and felt her face warm in humility. He didn't reply, and ignored her, "answer me," she seethed and stepped closer. He nodded dismissively and turned the page again. "Did you watch us?" She exhaled to try and calm herself. He shook his head, "oh my God, speak!" She yelled.

"I'm reading a book in the library." He replied in a low whisper, "where you're expected to read. And be quiet." How he managed to reply in a way that stopped her from thinking of a rebuttal was amazing.

"Why on God's green Earth did you stay?" She crossed her arms, "couldn't you leave?"

"I was here before you. If you wanted to have sex in private, you should have booked a hotel. There's one nearby." He apathetically flicked the page, she felt her cheeks warm into a deeper red,
