💀💀💀
When they finally reached the hotel, the tension from earlier seemed to vanish. Their usual chaotic energy returned, and the strange encounter with Namjoon's old friend was soon forgotten.
They settled in the hotel's restaurant for a light dinner, even though some of them had already eaten plenty of street food.
"No, we'll visit that place tomorrow first!" Jungkook said, stuffing his mouth with sushi, which he had sneakily taken from Taehyung's plate.
Jimin frowned. "What? No way! We're going to check out the museum first, and then go sightseeing. It makes more sense!"
As Jimin and Jungkook bickered back and forth, Taehyung and YN just sat back, amused, watching the argument like it was their personal entertainment. Meanwhile, the Hyung line-Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok and Namjoon-were busy discussing tomorrow's plans, completely ignoring the maknaes.
"By the way, Namjoon," Yoongi said suddenly, turning to him. "Your friend from earlier... he seemed a bit off."
Namjoon looked at Yoongi, puzzled. "What do you mean, Hyung?"
Yoongi shrugged casually, but his eyes were serious. "I don't know. He just gave me a weird vibe. Don't ask why, it's just what I felt."
Namjoon's frown deepened. "I don't know what you're talking about, Hyung. Joo-young seemed fine to me. It's been years since we last saw each other, but he felt completely normal."
Jin, who had been quietly listening, glanced at Yoongi. "Maybe it's just the suddenness of it. Running into someone from your past in a foreign country is a bit strange."
"Yeah, maybe," Yoongi replied, still not fully convinced. "But just keep your eyes open, okay?"
Namjoon sighed. "You're overthinking it. He's just an old friend. Let's focus on enjoying our trip."
"Joon's right Hyung. We should focus on our trip than his old friend," Hoseok who was silent till now replied.
Jin nodded his head making Yoongi sigh. "Fine... But I guess instead of enjoying we should go and sleep as of now. It's already," he stopped and looked at his wrist watch, "12:28 AM. If we sleep more late, we won't be able to wake up early,"
Jin, Hoseok and Namjoon blinked their eyes hearing Yoongi's words and continued to stare at Yoongi with wide eyes and open mouth.
Yoongi looked at them and made a disgusting face, "What's with the ugly faces?" he asked.
"No... Just, you are talking about... waking up early?" Jin asked his expression changing a little.
"Yeah... Even when we came here, you gave Tae and Jimin a 30 minutes lecture about how they missed everything just cause they slept," Hoseok added his mouth opening more in shock.
