The Kim siblings thought they were finally free-free to live, to laugh, to escape the shadows of their past.
A trip abroad was supposed to be a time to unwind, to strengthen their bond after all they had endured. But peace is fleeting, and darkness...

The Kim siblings had hired the best lawyer they could find, knowing time was slipping through their fingers like sand. The official notice from the court could come any moment, and they wanted to be prepared. Every second counted now, and none of them were willing to waste it.
They sat on the couch in the lawyer’s office, their expression full of worry. The lawyer, a composed and sharp woman in her late thirties, sat across from them, a closed notebook resting on her lap.
“Alright,” she began, her voice calm yet firm, “I’ve noted down everything you’ve told me so far. But to move forward effectively, I’ll need to speak to Mr. Namjoon himself. His version of the events is crucial for our defense.”
A heavy silence filled the room, broken only by YN’s soft, shaky voice. “You’ll save Oppa, right?” she asked, her hands clasped tightly in her lap, her eyes shimmering with both hope and fear.
The lawyer offered her a reassuring nod. “I’ll do everything I can to save your brother, Ms. YN. But there’s something I need from all of you as well.”
They all leaned forward slightly, curiosity and concern etched on their faces.
“I will do everything in my power to defend him,” she continued, her voice steady, “but you all need to trust him. Trust your brother, no matter what. That trust will not only help Namjoon stay strong but also ensure that our family front is united, which is crucial in cases like this.”
The siblings exchanged glances. Jin, the eldest, cleared his throat and spoke first. “We want to trust him. We’re trying to, but…” He trailed off, struggling to put his doubts into words.
Yoongi, sitting beside him, crossed his arms, his sharp eyes narrowing. “It’s not about trust,” he said firmly. “It’s about finding the truth. I trust Namjoon, but this situation doesn’t add up. We need answers.”
The lawyer nodded, understanding the weight of their emotions. “And that’s exactly what we’ll work toward—finding answers. But remember, your support will mean the world to him right now. If he feels like even his own family doubts him, it will make this process even harder.”
Jimin, sitting next to Taehyung, bit his lip. “But what if… what if he really doesn’t remember anything? How do we even begin to defend that?”
The lawyer leaned forward slightly, her expression serious. “Memory loss is tricky specially after a huge alcohol consumption but not impossible to address. The key here is to focus on evidence. We’ll need to find any discrepancies, witnesses, or proof that can point us in a different direction.”
Taehyung spoke next, his voice uncharacteristically quiet. “What if we can’t find anything? What if we run out of time?”
“We won’t,” the lawyer said with quiet confidence. “But I’ll need all of you to cooperate fully. We’ll be digging deep into Namjoon’s last interactions, especially with this Joo-young person. There’s something off about his story, like Mr. Yoongi mentioned and I want to get to the bottom of it.”
