The Kim siblings thought they were finally free-free to live, to laugh, to escape the shadows of their past.
A trip abroad was supposed to be a time to unwind, to strengthen their bond after all they had endured. But peace is fleeting, and darkness...

I am late. Ain't I? I am so sorry, but you guys know how my life's. Anyways, I am not gonna go in detail about what happened or else some of you might really kill me... Hehe...
I just got really high fever at the end of February. And it increased to 103-104°. I was in hospital and got better two days ago only. This is why it took too much time.
Hope you enjoy this part and do tell me how are you liking the story so far.
💀💀💀
Jimin exhaled shakily, running a hand through his hair. "This is bad," he muttered loud enough for the court to hear. "If they catch him, it'll be over for him."
Jungkook shot him a warning look, playing along. "Hyung, don't say that!"
Taehyung gritted his teeth, frustration evident on his face. "We should've stopped him."
Yoongi let out a dark chuckle, shaking his head. "Or maybe we should've run with him."
Gasps echoed through the courtroom. The tension thickened, the carefully crafted illusion of doubt settling into the minds of everyone present.
Joo-young narrowed his eyes at them, realizing what they were doing. "Enough of this nonsense! No matter what you say, Namjoon will be caught and then he will be proven guilty as well!!"
Hoseok smirked slightly, just enough for Joo-young to notice. "We'll see about that."
Meanwhile, outside the courtroom, Namjoon sprinted through the corridors, heart pounding. The shouts of officers echoed behind him, but he kept his focus.
"Down the stairs, then through the west exit," he reminded himself, replaying the escape plan in his mind.
As he reached the stairwell, he spotted Jackson waiting for him, hoodie up, hands in his pockets. "Took you long enough," Jackson muttered before tossing him a black cap.
Namjoon caught it mid-run, slipping it on as they bolted down the stairs together. Just as the exit came into view, the sound of officers getting closer sent a chill down Namjoon's spine.
"Shit," Jackson cursed. "Time for plan B."
Without hesitation, Jackson grabbed Namjoon's arm and yanked him toward a side door. They slipped into a janitor's closet just as a group of officers rushed past.
"That was close," Namjoon whispered, trying to steady his breath.
Jackson peeked through the crack of the door. "Give it a minute... and then we move."
Namjoon pressed his back against the wall of the cramped janitor's closet, breathing as quietly as possible. The footsteps outside were heavy, hurried. Officers barked orders to each other, their radios crackling with updates.
"He couldn't have gone far!"
"Check all exits—he has to be in the building!"
Jackson was gone. That was part of the plan. Namjoon had to move alone. If he was spotted with anyone, it would make their escape network vulnerable and it will also raise suspicion on Kim siblings.
