Today was the day of Namjoon's first court trial and it would be an understatement to say he was the nervous and scared.

The brothers and YN were already in the court room, sitting in the audience. They watched as two police officers came inside, holding Namjoon who's hands were cuffed infront of him.

The judge entered, and the court clerk's voice rang out: "All rise." Everyone stood until the judge took his seat, signaling the start of the trial.

"What is the today's case?" The judge asked the jury.

One of the jury members stood up, "Your honor, today's case is what we can call a very common case. Today's case is a murder case of a woman named Minji"

The judge noted it down and said, "The prosecution may start"

The prosecutor, a tall, confident man with sharp eyes, stood up. He adjusted his glasses and stepped forward, addressing the jury.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, we are here today to seek justice for a young woman who was brutally murdered," he began, "Your honor, the victim, Minji was South Korean, who was here in Singapore with her husband, Joo-young for holiday. They met, the defendant, Kim Namjoon and his siblings three days later at night. Everything was going great until the night before the murder took place," he paused and took some steps forward.

"Mr. Joo-young and Mr. Kim, went to a bat to have some drinks and coincidentally both of them forgot their wallets. Mr. Joo-young offered to go and bring his wallet since his house–which they rented– was near, but Mr. Kim didn't allowed him. He kept insisting on going to his home like there was some kind of treasure waiting for him there," he was cut off my Namjoon who immediately said, "What? No, I was insisting cause Joo-young was drunk!!"

The prosecution looked at him, annoyed for interrupting, "If I was in your place, I would have stayed quiet Mr. Kim. You will be given a chance to speak as well so don't take away my chance," he said, his voice holding clear irritation.

He again looked back at the judge, "So, your honor, as I was saying, before being rudely interrupted, Mr. Kim insisted on going to Mr. Joo-young's home. Joo-young agreed and Mr. Kim left, but he never came back. Mr. Joo-young kept waiting for him but he never showed up. Tired of waiting, and getting a little sober, Mr. Joo-young  decided to go back to his house. As he came inside, he saw Minji's dead body lying on the ground, blood around her and a bloody knife in her stomach along with broken alcohol bottles near her body."

The audience gasped when they heard it and all looked at Namjoon with disgusting looks.

"Later, Mr. Joo-young found Mr. Kim sleeping inside his and his wife's bedroom with blood in his hands along with some pieces of broke glass, probably from the broken bottles which he used to hit the victim," The Prosecution said.

The courtroom fell silent, the weight of the prosecutor's words pressing down on everyone present. Namjoon sat frozen, his face pale, as the murmurs among the audience began to grow louder.
