The Kim siblings thought they were finally free-free to live, to laugh, to escape the shadows of their past.
A trip abroad was supposed to be a time to unwind, to strengthen their bond after all they had endured. But peace is fleeting, and darkness...

Two days later
The safehouse felt different that morning. The air was still, but heavy—like the walls themselves knew something was about to happen.
Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook were already dressed before the sun came up. Black hoodies. Dark jeans. Caps pulled low. They didn't speak much, just exchanged quick glances as they moved around the kitchen, their footsteps quiet but purposeful.
Jungkook zipped a small black bag and slung it over his shoulder. Jimin slipped something inside his jacket—flat, metallic, gone before anyone could notice. Taehyung checked the time on his watch, then simply said, "We shouldn't be late."
No explanation. No destination.
By the time YN came down the stairs, they were already heading for the door. "Where are you guys going?" she asked, trying to keep her tone casual.
"Just out," Jimin said quickly, flashing a small smile that didn't reach his eyes.
"We'll be back before dark," Taehyung added, already stepping outside.
Jungkook gave a short nod, then closed the door behind them.
And just like that—they were gone.
YN stood in the middle of the living room, staring at the door. Something about the way they moved... the way they avoided her eyes... it didn't feel right.
Hoseok walked in from the hall, noticing her expression. "They left?"
"Yeah," she said slowly. "And they're hiding something."
Hoseok's jaw tightened. "Then maybe it's time we stop sitting around. I am sure we are being watched"
He went to the small desk in the corner, pulling out a stack of papers and a half-broken laptop. "If Joo—" he stopped himself, glancing at the closed door. "If he's watching us, he's got to be leaving a trail somewhere. Cameras, transactions, anything."
YN moved closer, lowering her voice. "You think we can find it?"
Hoseok looked at her, eyes sharp. "If we can't, then we're just waiting for him to make the next move. And I'm done waiting."
She hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Alright. Where do we start?"
"First," Hoseok said, sliding the laptop toward her, "we find the one thing he doesn't want us to see."
The rain outside started tapping against the windows, faint but constant, as the two of them leaned over the desk—searching for a ghost in the system.
Somewhere in the city, the maknaes were moving through shadows. And in the safehouse, YN and Hoseok were pulling at threads that could unravel everything.
The tapping of the rain grew louder, almost in rhythm with YN's heartbeat as she scrolled through security logs on the laptop. Hoseok moved around the room, checking corners, running his fingers along the edges of shelves and picture frames.
