(Again small disclaimer, I do not have a lot of knowledge in Norse mythology)
Rose, the Doctor, Annika, and the newly picked up Jack stepped outside wondering why the TARDIS was stubborn to land there.
"I think we've landed inside a cupboard. Here we go," the Doctor told everyone. He, Jack, and Rose were discreetly aware the environment may be too warm for Annika, especially whatever was below them. The three of them didn't miss Annika shifting her feet.
'Something wrong,' Mayhem spoke in the Doctor's mind.
'What do you mean?'
'I'm on edge, Annika's instincts are going off,' Mayhem answered.
"Open door 15."
"Some sort of base. Moon base, sea bade, space base. They build these things out of kits," the Doctor said, looking around. Before he could debate on turning back around and going into the TARDIS, the doors shut behind them with a computer announcing, "Close door 15."
"Glad we're indoors, sounds like a storm out there," Rose commented. She was unsure if it was a storm by Jack's confused look as he listened to the wind.
"Open door 16."
"Human design. You've got a thing about kits. This place was together like a flat pack wardrobe, only bigger. And easier," the Doctor explained.
"So there's space Ikea?" Rose questioned.
"There is, actually," Annika said making Rose look at her in surprise. "What? They're a lot around Asgard," she said.
"Open door 17." They found signs of people inhabiting the station with the chairs and tables .
"Oh, it's and sanctuary base," the Doctor realized.
"Close door 17."
"Deep Space exploration. We've gone way out. And listen to that, underneath. Someone's drilling."
"Been hearing it," Annika and Rose say, "And feeling it," Annika added in a mumble, shuffling her feet.
"Welcome to hell," Rose said.
"Oh, it's not that bad," the Doctor said.
"No, over there," Rose pointed to the wall where the words were written with symbols written beside it.
Annika gasped and the others looked at her confused, "You can read it?" Rose asked, "It's still in its form. I thought the TARDIS translates everything other than Gallifreyian?" she asked, looking at the Doctor.
"We need to go," Annika whispered, grabbing the Doctor's hand. The others all heard her and looked worried. Annika sounded fearful. Jack got that suspicion she was afraid, the Doctor knew from their bond, and Rose knew from when she learned about the Gelths' attack on Klyntar.
"Annie, what does it say?" Rose asked and Annika rapidly shook her head.
"Okay, let's—" the Doctor was interrupted by the computer voice.
"Open door 19."
Aliens with tentacles for noses and mouths walked in with a tube connecting their tentacles to their domes they held on hands. The Doctor and Annika recognized the Ood, but the Doctor felt Annika tense more and his instincts were telling him that something was wrong with the Ood. The red eyes was a big clue.
