I can't help but feel overwhelmed with joy—her memories are back, and my lovely Ae is here with me again. It's almost unbelievable. Though, I'll admit she looked pretty scary when she asked me about the kiss Bautista gave me. But I wasn't worried, I hadn't done anything wrong.

We talked about the night I rescued her, and when the topic came up, it felt like cold water was poured over me. I was terrified she might see me differently, but instead, she accepted me and understood everything. The relief I felt was overwhelming, and now, I can't stop smiling.

Today, we're at her cousin Jayden's wedding. A lot has changed. The church wedding is in this small church in Zambales, and only close friends and family were invited—just like Jayden wanted.

As I sit here, I glance at Ae. She's absolutely stunning in her navy blue tie-shoulder cami dress with a slit. She looks so sexy, and I can't help but admire her. Meanwhile, I'm wearing a long-sleeve navy blue top paired with white high-waist pants, trying to match her elegance.

"You were amazing up there," I tell her after she finishes singing in front of everyone, a request from her cousin. Ae has never been shy about these things, and her voice… it's captivating.

"Para sayo talaga yun Misis ko," she jokes, her playful smile making my heart skip a beat.

I laugh softly, shaking my head. Of course, she always knows how to turn a moment into something personal, something meaningful between us.

As we sit back and watch the rest of the ceremony unfold, I realize how lucky I am. Not just to have her here beside me, but to have her heart, her trust, and her love. I reach for her hand, and she doesn't hesitate to intertwine her fingers with mine. It's a small gesture, but it says everything—she's here, and she's staying.

At the wedding reception, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and laughter. The venue was a cozy beachfront resort, the sound of the waves blending harmoniously with the soft music playing in the background. String lights hung above us, casting a romantic glow on everything.

Ae and I found ourselves sitting at a table near the dance floor, watching as Jayden and his wife shared their first dance as a married couple. Ae was sipping her wine, looking effortlessly beautiful, and I couldn't stop staring.

"You keep looking at me like that, Miss, baka matunaw ako," she teased, raising a brow as she placed her glass down.

I smirked. "Then I'll just have to take you home before that happens."

She chuckled, shaking her head, but her cheeks turned a light shade of pink.

"Come on, let's dance," Ae said, standing up and offering her hand.

I hesitated for a second, but then I placed my hand in her, letting her lead me onto the dance floor.

The music had slowed down, couples swaying gently to the melody. As I pulled her close, her arms naturally wrapped around my shoulders, while mine rested on her waist.

"Feeling mo talaga romantic 'to, no?" she joked, but there was a softness in her gaze, a warmth that melted every part of me.

I grinned. "Let me have my moment, Ae. I've been waiting too long for this."

She sighed, leaning her head against my shoulder. "Ako rin naman," she admitted softly, and my heart swelled at her words.

We danced in comfortable silence, just the two of us in our own little world. For the first time in a long time, everything felt right. No more secrets, no more distance. Just us, here, together.
