The following days passed in a blur, with Bakugou and Y/N continuing to fall into a rhythm neither of them fully understood, yet couldn't resist. It was like a silent agreement—acknowledging the growing closeness between them without putting any labels on it.

Neither of them were good at talking about feelings, and for now, that seemed to work. But Y/N knew it was only a matter of time before everything would need to be addressed.

It didn't help that Mina's suspicions were becoming more obvious with each passing day. She wasn't pressing Y/N about Bakugou directly, but there were plenty of knowing glances and sly comments that made it clear Mina was just waiting for the right moment to pounce.

And that moment came sooner than expected.

It was Friday evening, and the Bakusquad had gathered in the common room for a movie night. Y/N had found herself sitting on the couch, sandwiched between Mina and Sero, while Bakugou sat across the room, his usual scowl firmly in place as he lounged in an armchair.

They were watching an action-packed hero movie, but Y/N's attention kept drifting away from the screen. She could feel the weight of Bakugou's presence, even from across the room, and every time she glanced his way, she found his eyes already on her. It was like a magnetic pull, one that she was having a harder and harder time resisting.

Mina, of course, didn't miss any of it.

"You're staring again," she whispered teasingly, nudging Y/N with her elbow.

Y/N nearly jumped, quickly turning her attention back to the movie. "I am not."

Mina snickered. "Oh, please. You've been eyeing Bakugou all night. And don't think I haven't noticed him looking at you too."

Y/N's cheeks burned, and she opened her mouth to protest, but Mina wasn't having it. "C'mon, Y/N. You can tell me. What's going on with you two?"

"There's nothing going on," Y/N said quickly, her heart racing. She wasn't ready to talk about this. She didn't even know how to explain what was happening between her and Bakugou.

Mina gave her a pointed look. "You're a terrible liar. You know that, right?"

Before Y/N could respond, Kirishima paused the movie, standing up to stretch. "Alright, let's take a break. I need some snacks."

"Good idea!" Kaminari agreed, jumping up from the couch. "Who's coming with me to raid the kitchen?"

"I'll come," Sero said, getting up with a grin. "Let's see what's left after Kirishima's last snack raid."

Kirishima laughed, flexing his arms. "What can I say? I've got a big appetite!"

Y/N watched them go, grateful for the temporary distraction. But the moment the others left the room, Mina turned back to her with a sly smile. "Okay, spill. What's the deal with you and Bakugou?"
