Chapter-12

3rd Person POV

While Jungkook was wiping the sweat off Tae's face he slowly moved his eyes all over the boy's face as if trying to memorise it's features.
His eyes captured those brown orbs looking down at him and realised that Tae was looking at his lips and subconsciously his eyes moved to Tae's lips.
Tae licked his lips as he felt them getting dry with each second passing by.
After looking at Tae licking his lips Jungkook felt the sudden urge in him to kiss the boy with his soft petal like lips between his while Jungkook would suck on his tongue.

But Jungkook immediately shook away all those thoughts while deciding to first think about how he actually felt for Tae, he wanted to know what he was feeling for Taehyung. At the same time he didn't want Taehyung to be uncomfortable due to his antics, most importantly he wanted to know if Tae also felt the same way Jungkook felt for him.
With that Jungkook broke away from Taehyung and decided to not make things awkward further.
He just continued cooking and setting the table all of this while secretly stealing glances from Taehyung.
He just looked at Tae preparing everything with so much concentration and he thought that Taehyung looked really hot when he was focussed.

After kneading the dough Jungkook went back to making ramen while Taehyung prepared tteokbokki.
After cooking for about 15 minutes they were done, while Taehyung was preparing some dessert Jungkook set the table with plates and cutlery and filled up water in the glasses.
Now they were sitting across each other enjoying the meal, Taehyung asked Jungkook "You want something to drink ? I mean you generally love to drink beer right so I just asked."

"I don't wanna get drunk on my first dinner with my friend. Let's plan for a movie and game night and get drunk that time for now let's have some soft drink?" Jungkook said directly mentioning about his wanted to meet Tae. Jungkook obviously didn't want this to a one time thing, he wanted to know the other boy better and have him by his side forever.

After listening to Jungkook about them meeting again some other time and having drinks he liked the idea, he wanted to send some more time with the idol for sure, he wanted to be his friend as well.

He just nodded his head really fast with great excitement. But then he was confused so he asked "But you are a celebrity that too a really famous one, won't paparazzi stalk you all the time? If the saw with me and got some wrong ideas and spread some rumours ? You would recharge because of me, you don't have to do this ! "

Jungkook looked at Tae and and waited for him to finish what he was saying.
He understands that Taehyung was genuinely worried for him for recieving hate and that having a bad influence on my career but why isn't he thinking about him recieving more hate than me, I atleast have bodyguards to protect me from those toxic fans and stalkers but how would he manage it that too all by himself. This is when Jungkook realised to meet Tae in secret to prevent the spread of any kind of rumours or anything that involved him for his safety.
He also wanted to keep the information about tae hidden from the public.

He quietly agreed to Taehyung as he knew Tae wouldn't give up on Jungkook's safety so easily.

They finished eating their dinner together and now they were in the kitchen while Taehyung was washing all the dishes and Jungkook was wiping all of them and arranging it the rack.
It all felt so domestic to Taehyung, like the way both of them were dividing things so that the one working wasn't burdened.

He saw his parents splitting up tasks together so that they could spent the time they saved while going on dates and talking to each other, Tae found it very romantic and wanted a partner like that too. But after thinking that he was doing something like this with Jungkook he immediately stopped his thoughts from thinking further as he knew Jungkook was an idol and he was a just a fan to him.

'Jungkook being too polite wanted to be friends with me and I don't have any rights to think like that about Jungkook, what would happen if Jungkook got to know about my thoughts, he would find me disgusting' These were the thoughts running in Taehyung's head.

After they finished their work Taehyung was checking his phone and that is when is phone recieved a notification with a ding sound, and Taehyung's eyes were wide and sparkly and there was loving smile plastered on his face.
Jungkook felt kinda jealous to see these changes with a mere notification , suddenly he thought if Taehyung would react like that to his messages or not.

Slowly after finishing his work Jungkook asked Taehyung if they could meet tomorrow but Taehyung said "Oh I don't think we can meet tomorrow. I have to meet someone really very important. It's not that meeting you isn't but can we hang out some other time whenever you're free ?"
He said feeling a little sad and disheartened at not being able to meet him when he asked.

Jungkook just smiled awkwardly thinking maybe Tae was in a relationship with someone and had to meet that person tomorrow that's why he denied his request and still thought of fighting for his love. He wouldn't want to ruin their relationship of that's what Tae wanted and was happy with. But atleast he would try to be a good friend to him and convey his feelings to him so that he wouldn't regret about not telling regarding his true feelings for him.

After this thought process that happened in a flow he realised one thing and that was that he liked Tae more like loves him but he wanted to wait some more, create more memories and have their small and beautiful moments together with which he would stay happy forever if he ever found out that Tae already had someone special in his life.
He also thought asking Taehyung more about his love life later on.
And slowly asked "Can we meet this weekend ? At your place or mine? Anything works we can plan for a movie night."

Tae felt excited and nodded his head frantically and said "Yes Yes i would love that, but I don't stay alone so can we have the movie night at your place?"

" Ok sure , I'll pick you up then We can go home together and watch tons of movies with lots of food and drinks. What say ? "

" Okie done, can't wait for the weekend to arrive. I'm looking forward to this weekend so that I can spend time with you kookie. "

" Now if you're done we can close the cafe and I can drive you home. " Jungkook said

" You don't have to kookie I know you're very busy you can go home and have your beauty sleep I can go by myself. " Taehyung replied

" Nothing doing I'm taking you home that's it now come let's close the cafe. "
Jungkook said concerned not wanting the boy to travel back alone that too late at night.

They then closed the cafe and were seated in the car.
Jungkook in the driver seat and Taehyung on the seat beside him.
Taehyung gave him the directions to his home and went home talking and giggling.
Within 20 minutes they were in front of Taehyung's house and Jungkook told him that he would text home in Instagram later on planning further about their movie night and then they said bye to each other.
Jungkook waited outside in the car to make sure tae went in safely only to see Bogum and tae smiling at each other. And Bogum holding Tae's hand and they went inside.

Jungkook felt a kang in his heart thinking how Taehyung was close to the other guy. He thought of knowing more about this and left the place with a hint of jealousy
