The next day, Shelly also takes  the lead on finding the perfect dress for Anne Marie. She organized a fitting session at a boutique known for its stunning bridal gowns. As they browsed through the racks, Shelly insisted on trying on a few dresses herself to lighten the mood and make Anne Marie feel more relaxed.

Vivienne Westwood dresses were prepared for Anne, each one more stunning than the last. The fabrics flowed gracefully, the colors vibrant and rich, perfectly complementing her radiant complexion. I watched as the light caught the intricate details—the lace, the draping, the elegance that only a designer of her caliber could achieve. They were nothing short of breathtaking, and I couldn't help but imagine myself inside one of those beautiful gowns for a fleeting moment, twirling in the fabric, feeling glamorous and desired.

But reality snapped back, sharp and unyielding. I blinked, reminded of the stark contrast between the vision in my mind and the truth of my situation. These dresses were meant for Anne, not me. The ache in my chest intensified as I pushed away the thoughts of what could have been, forcing myself to focus on the happiness around me instead.

Still, for those few seconds, I had let myself dream, lost in the fantasy of being a part of something so exquisite. Yet, as I glanced at Anne, glowing in her engagement, I knew I had to find a way to celebrate her joy while grappling with my own heartache.

"Just imagine how beautiful you'll look walking down the aisle in this!" Shelly said, holding up a flowing gown adorned with intricate lace. The moment was filled with joy and anticipation, and while I could feel a pang of longing for my own part in these moments, I also recognized how important Shelly's role was.

Her dedication to making Anne Marie's wedding a dream come true was palpable, and despite my bittersweet feelings, I couldn't help but admire her passion. Shelly was not just planning a wedding; she was creating memories that would last a lifetime.
