Silence filled the rooms as Balin's two friends were now staring in shock at the three imps standing across the offices of I.M.P, where they were now standing after Loona brought them in from the clubhouse.
"So you're... You mates are all demons?" Amy asked them. "Like... REAL, demons?"
"...Yep. They're real demons. And, so am I." replied Loona. "Welcome to Hell, kiddos."
"So are you?" stuttered Matt, sounding a little scared. "Y-You're a demon too? But I thought you were a..."
"She is, squirt." interrupted Blitzø. "What do you think werewolves are? Dog-like demons. Duh!"
"Grrr! What is it with everyone thinking I'm a werewolf?!" roared a nearly pissed-off Loona. "I just told them I'm a hellhound! DOG! WOLF! WERE-WOLF, whatever the hell a MALAMUTE is, WHO, CARES!"
Balin lightly tugged on Loona's tail as she continued ranting, trying to calm her down.
"NO! I, am an effing, HELL...! Hound...?"
She looked down at him with a calm but concerned look, as she finished her rant with her voice lowered. Balin then nudged her to look at Matt, who was hiding and shaking next to the refill station, far from the two groups.
"Are you okay, Matt?" she asked in a caring tone, walking up to him. "Mini dude?"
As she towered over him still looking concerned, Matt just cowered in a little more fear at the sight of her.
"Are you gonna maul me to death, Ms. Loona?" he asked feeling shaky.
"What? No, of course not." replied Loona. "Why would you think...? Why would I? Ohh..."
"As in 'ohh', because you're a hellhound that talks?" answered Blitzø.
"And eats." added Moxxie with a little grumble.
That part made Matt shiver more and hide further away from her, with Loona growling at Moxxie.
"FATTY." she softly exclaimed. "Not! Helping!"
"So what?! Neither is bringing these two kids here!" exclaimed Moxxie louder. "The hell's wrong with you? If Balin wasn't bad enough the first time, how many MORE human children will it be before the world knows our secret? Like, one more?"
"What does Uncle Moxxie mean by bad enough?" asked Balin, who couldn't help but feel hurt by that statement.
"Aw, nothing hun." assured Millie. "He just gets jumpy whenever I go on a mission for an awful long while. ...Especially a mission like that is a kidnapping."
"I mean, honestly Loona." her husband continued. "What are you doing, bringing them down here? This wasn't part of the plan!"
Hesitantly, Loona looked at Matt's cowering in the refill station before explaining herself to the stubborn Moxxie with his arms crossed.
"Look, Moxx, I know it's wrong! But... they're Balin's friends." she began. "I know that's not a good enough answer, but these friends are the only ones so far who've brought me this much joy for me to let them have this sleepover. So I thought, since they look like trusting little guys, why not 'try' to at least show him the truth on behalf of the rest?"
"But what if they tattle on us to the rest of their friends?" continued Moxxie.
"I don't tattle." interjected Amy.
"See? This one's a little cookie." smirked Loona in pride. "And I like that in any girl."
"Cookie?" Amy's ears perked up in surprise. "You guys have cookies in Hell?"
