Having Mike and Eddie decide I didn't have to quit work was the best news I've heard all month. I still feel like a horrible employee and make a bunch of cookies to bring to work with me Wednesday.
I know Eddie has a huge sweet tooth and hope it makes up for some of it.
Mike insists on sitting at the table doing his homework or 'helping' when I'm in the kitchen now.
I made cinnamon buns to take with me Thursday and muffins for Friday.
When Eddie picked me up Friday morning he was in the bucket of muffins before we even pulled out of the driveway.
It didn't take Neil long to dig in once we got to work either.
"You know, if you weren't already with Mike I'd marry you for your cooking alone." Eddie states grabbing another muffin. I laugh and shake my head.
"Your not gay." Neil points out chuckling.
"I'd consider it." Eddie laughs shoving the muffin in his mouth.
I snort and burst out laughing then go to the back to start work.
By the afternoon I don't have much left to do so I start to clean up the back a bit. I start to sweep the floor and get most of it done before I feel myself starting to lose my balance.
I black out before I even get a chance to put down the broom.

I wake up freezing cold, shaking, and sore as fuck.
I try to move but don't get very far before falling back down onto the cold ground.
A weird sound makes me open my eyes and look up but I close them as soon as I do.
Am I on a some kind of ride?
Why is everything moving?
What is that noise?
I cover my ears with my arms and try to keep my eyes shut until the movement stops.
It takes a long time before I feel things slow down and look up again.
The rooms not spinning anymore, but it's like its bouncing back and forth. I cant make out the things in front of my eyes.
I try to sit up and clear my head then notice the strange noises from before are starting to become clearer.
