As Alora remained restless, unable to stop working to make the rings and the trident, fearing that if she were to stop, he would win. She knew he would be plotting, already figuring out his next steps and she was stunned, not knowing exactly what her plan was.
She glanced to her daughters who were sitting on the side, reading through some of the books Alora loved to read. She knew that once she made the rings with Celebrimbor, she would be able to focus on training her daughters.
Elrond glanced between Alora and Galadriel, wondering why the princess was so silent at work. He then looked over to Caninde and Eleniel who were silently reading, he could tell by their faces that they knew something he didn't. Which made him wonder why Halbrand left. Why the man who seemed so devoted to Alora, suddenly left her and his two children.
He watched as Alora explain to the other Elves of her trident, wanting it made a specific way. Elrond needed answers, so he left to go to the same spot he found the two.
Caninde looked over to her mother, noticing how she worked so hard. Although she was young, she was beginning to understand the gravity of things, her heart was filled with dislike of her biological father. Eleniel glanced at her sister and Alora, she hated her father for the pain he caused to her mother and Galadriel. She hated him for who he was and what he will do. She then looked over to Elrond as he walked down the steps, she set her book down to the side and tried to go after him, but Caninde stopped her by holding her arm.
"Mother said we cannot leave without our knights." She pointed out to her and Eleniel inhaled a breath glancing over to the two knights standing on each of their side. "I want to go with Elrond." Eleniel said sadly as she sat back down in her seat and crossed her arms. "I hate being in this room now." Eleniel complained, both now looking to their mother who helped pull out the melted swords inside a container, watching silently as she set it on a holder.
They couldn't help but feel intrigued at how she worked so effortlessly, then they were reminded by their father. Images of him replayed in their minds, of when he had them sat behind him and watched as he tried to help Celebrimbor. Caninde reminded herself that her father was no simple man, that he inflicted so much pain on their mother. Eleniel felt the same way as her sister, but she hated her father now, resenting him for lying to her and she knew deep in her soul, he killed Círamo.
