"Look!" Bronwyn shouted to the group as her finger pointed to the mountain, they all looked and noticed a shield of light being created. "She's doing it." Mìriel muttered as she admired at how bright her light was shining, watching as it grew taller than the mountain itself. It stopped the fiery hell the volcano was ensuing over everyone. Everyone was beginning to feel some relief knowing Alora was doing everything in her power to stop the madness. Or at least giving everyone a chance to flee. All except Halbrand who was feeling like his heart was being ripped into pieces the longer he was away from Alora, even more in that moment when she was alone.

Halbrand was growing tired as he kept fighting against Arondir's and Galadriel's mighty grip on him. He needed to get back to Alora, he wanted to keep her safe and away from harms way, but to fight her battles for her. He realized how much he needed her, how he desperately wanted to run away with her, to live a quiet life with her. To be with her, it was all he wanted.

"Unhand me! She needs us!" Halbrand yelled at Arondir who was pulling at his arm and Galadriel pulled at him as well. "The princess can handle this. Right now we have to get these people to safety! Your people!" Galadriel exclaimed and Halbrand yelled, using all of his strength to push them away, making them stumble back. "Something is wrong, I can feel it." Halbrand pointed out to them, he was determined to get back to her.

He then looked to the wall and his heart dropped to his stomach as he sees the wall Alora had created began to flicker. Arondir and Galadriel looked there as well, her eyes widened in horror, immediately regretting her decision to let the princess stay behind.

"No." Galadriel mumbled and Halbrand quickly ran past by her, she quickly glanced to the Queen Regent who was staring at the wall as well. She looked over to Galadriel and gave her a nod then the elf ran to help her princess.

Halbrand panted as he made his way back to where Alora last was, he looked up at the wall, seeing the flicker become worse by the second. He goes around a corner then he sees the light finally stop, his eyes widened, so he quickened his pace and he finally sees Alora. She was kneeling on the ground, holding her stomach and he goes to rush to her as the black smoke and fire was flooding its way to her. The darkness consuming everything in its path.
