The underground hideout had become their base of operations, but Levi and Kat were finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. After days of sifting through documents and combing through every piece of intel they could gather, they had uncovered what they had been searching for—evidence that could finally expose Kenny's manipulation and treachery.

Levi stood by the small wooden table, staring down at the stack of papers they had uncovered. His sharp eyes scanned each document with precision, making sure nothing was left unturned. Kat stood across from him, her heart pounding with a strange mix of excitement and anticipation. The heavy atmosphere that had been hanging over them for weeks had started to lift, replaced by the quiet buzz of victory.

"We have him," Levi said, breaking the silence, his voice low and steady.

Kat looked up at him, her eyes widening. "We really do," she breathed, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips. The evidence they'd found was undeniable—Kenny had been orchestrating attacks on the Scouts and framing her all along the same wat he framed her father, all part of some grander plan. The elders, the Military Police, —it all pointed back to Kenny.

Levi tucked the papers into his jacket, his expression as unreadable as ever. "This should be enough to clear your name and your fathers," he said, glancing at Kat. "And bring down Kenny."

Kat stood, her heart pounding as she moved toward Levi, unable to keep the smile from spreading across her face. "We need to get this to Erwin Tanchou," she said, her excitement barely contained. "This could change everything."

Levi nodded, but his eyes remained cautious. "Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Kenny's not going to go down without a fight."

Kat nodded, but for the first time in weeks, she felt something close to hope. They had what they needed. They could finally expose Kenny for what he truly was, and with that, Kat's name would be cleared. She wouldn't have to run or hide anymore.

"Ikuzo," Levi said, moving toward the door.

They made their way out of the underground hideout, climbing up to the rooftops of the city. The sky was a deep blue, streaked with hints of orange as the sun began to set. Kat hadn't realized how much she had missed the open sky, the feeling of freedom that came with it. Standing up there, high above the streets, she felt lighter, as if the weight of the past few weeks had finally begun to lift.

Levi stood beside her, his eyes scanning the horizon. He was always alert, always aware of his surroundings. Even up here, away from the streets below, he was on guard. Kat couldn't help but admire that about him—the way he never let his guard down, even when it seemed like they were safe.

Kat turned to Levi, her smile softening. "Thank you," she said, her voice quiet but sincere.

Levi glanced at her, his brow furrowing slightly. "For what?"
