"Fuck, I love you..." he said, crashing his lips against mine. His wet, slippery saliva coated my lips as he mumbled between kisses that he loved me.

"Aren't you hungry, hubby?" I asked between kisses, and he hummed before placing his chin on my shoulder, controlling his heavy breaths. I let him stay like that for a few seconds before informing him...

"I'm sorry, hubby, but I think I forgot to cook. Let me see..." He hummed again and loosened his hold on me. His face came in front of mine, meeting my eyes.

"Let's cook together today," he whispered in a husky voice, and I blushed before nodding my head.

He picked me up in the same position and took me into the kitchen. He made me sit on the counter and folded his sleeves. I gulped, looking at those veiny arms.

"Don't drop the flour like before, hubby," I teased, and he smirked before replying...

"But I liked the messy you with me, birdy." I chuckled at the response, shaking my head.

"What will you cook, hubby?" I asked, and he gulped before turning his head toward me. His smile became awkward as he replied...

"Well, I know how to make pancakes and noodles..." That was it for me; I burst into laughter.

"Why are you so cute, hubby?" I said while wiping that one invisible tear from my eyes and jumped down on the floor, coming toward him. Kian was looking down, his ears turning red, and I wanted to tease him more...

So I came closer to him and whispered, "Well, hubby, I love men who can cook." He quickly looked up with wide eyes and mouth before shouting out loudly...

"I WILL LEARN, I PROMISE, I WILL..." This time I didn't laugh; he just looked adorably sincere, making me gulp. I held his hand slowly and took it near my lips, giving it a soft kiss while he closed his eyes and took a deep breath before opening them...

"You don't need to, Kian; I am here..." I said softly, and he shook his head in refusal before replying...

"But I want to help you, birdy..." he said while looking into my eyes.

"Then let's cook together. I am hungry, hubby," I said while pouting in a whining tone. He smiled before nodding his head.

I took out all the ingredients and placed them in front of Kian. He picked up the knife from the cupboard and started cutting them while I filled the water in a pot and placed it on the stove to heat.

My gaze went to Kian, who was staring at those vegetables with so much concentration in his piercing gaze...

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"That's a carrot," he replied.

"So...?" I said.

"I hate it..." he replied without removing his hateful gaze from that pitiful carrot.

"What are you, hubby, a child?" I said, placing my hands on my waist.

He turned his head towards me and pouted.

"But I hate it..." he said, and I looked at him with a done face before saying...

"Okay, skip it..." His pout quickly converted into a wide smile, and I shook my head at his instinct.

After a few minutes, the noodles were prepared. I placed them on the table while Kian brought the utensils along with the water.

We both sat in our seats and started eating. I was on my fifth bite when Kian suddenly said...

"Feed me..." I looked at him while blinking and sighed before standing up, but before I could walk toward him, he stood up and picked his chair up, taking it toward me. We both sat down again, and Kian brought his plate in front of me. He opened his mouth wide and looked at me...

I smiled at his action and started feeding him while he did the same for me.

Once finished, Kian decided to walk in the garden. We both held each other's hands, the moonlight spreading around the garden, making everything beautiful. He kept smiling, and I was just looking at his happiness in these small moments...

"Are you happy?" I asked. He turned his face towards me and smiled widely.

"I am the happiest whenever I am with you..." I chuckled and nodded my head.

We both walked toward the swing. He let go of my hand and pulled me toward it, making me sit there. He lay down, placing his head on my lap.

"I love you, birdy..." he whispered, and I heard it, smiling softly. I took a soft sigh and placed my head on Kian's chest, hearing his heartbeat.

"Can you hear it?" he asked, and I hummed.

"It beats just for you, birdy..." he said again, and I sat straight again while chuckling.

"You are cheesy..." I said.

"No, I am not. It won't beat ever if I lose you, birdy..." he said and got silent before turning his head toward the garden again.

"Kian..." I whispered, and he hummed without turning his face to me.

We sat there in silence, with so many emotions in our hearts, for a few minutes before Kian said...

"I have never felt something like this, birdy..." I hummed without replying, just listening to what he wanted to say.

"Something so special, something where I just feel I am not even mine now; I am just yours..." he said and turned his head toward me before hugging my waist tightly. He rubbed his face against my stomach before placing a kiss there.

"I want to have a family, birdy, where you and I will be together, just like this in each other's arms, forever. Where I love you, and you love me..."

And the silence engulfed us again. I let out a shaky breath when I felt Kian's tears on my dress.

"K...I...AN..."

"Please love me, birdy, please..."
