The sky had deepened into a velvety darkness, yet neither Mitsuri nor Obanai could bear the thought of parting. The connection they had rediscovered felt too precious, too fragile to let go of. They were walking the same path again, hearts beating in quiet harmony, the conversation flowing endlessly between them. But before Mitsuri could ask him to stay, her phone buzzed unexpectedly.
"Hello?" she answered, pulling herself out of the moment.

"That's okay! Tell them I say hi. I'll see you tomorrow then," Mitsuri replied, hanging up. She turned to Obanai with a shy smile. "I guess it's just me tonight."
"I guess so," he murmured, his tone heavy with reluctance, as if time itself was pulling them apart.
Sensing his quiet disappointment, Mitsuri's mind raced. Her heart fluttered with a bold idea. "Hey, I'm going upstairs now, but... how about you come over in two hours? Pajamas and snacks. Deal?"
