It was a beautiful morning, sunlight filtering through the curtains, casting soft shadows on the walls of the bedroom. The gentle hum of birds outside was the only sound breaking the quiet, peaceful air, until the familiar chime of Y/N's alarm echoed through the room. Stirring slightly, Y/N reached over and switched it off, rubbing her eyes as she stretched lazily. Her gaze shifted to Jeongguk, who was sleeping peacefully beside her, his face softened in the early morning light. She couldn't help but smile, remembering the events of the night before.

Jeongguk had been so tender, so gentle, handling her with care as they made love for the first time. The memory made her heart swell with warmth as she quietly reflected on how loving and attentive he had been. It was a moment that would stay with her forever—one filled with both vulnerability and the deepest affection.

Lost in her thoughts, Y/N didn't notice when Jeongguk stirred beside her. His eyes fluttered open, and with a soft, sleepy smile, he turned towards her. "What's on your mind, love?" he asked, his voice raspy from sleep, his gaze curious but warm.

Y/N blinked, snapped out of her reverie, and met his eyes with a shy smile. "Nothing," she whispered, her cheeks flushing as she tried to hide the truth. But Jeongguk wasn't fooled. The redness in her face told him everything he needed to know.

"Liar," he teased, a playful grin spreading across his lips as he stretched out lazily, moving closer to her. "You're thinking about last night, aren't you?"

Y/N's blush deepened as she bit her lower lip, looking away in embarrassment. Jeongguk's grin widened, and without warning, he pulled her gently into his arms, rolling them over so he was hovering above her, balancing his weight on his elbows. His dark eyes glimmered with mischief as he gazed down at her, his face inches away from hers.

"I love you," he whispered softly, his lips brushing against hers in a tender kiss, filled with the warmth of his affection. But Y/N giggled and gently pushed him away, her hand covering her mouth.

"Ggukie, stop!" she protested playfully, "I haven't brushed my teeth yet!"

Jeongguk laughed at her words, his deep chuckle rumbling in his chest. Ignoring her weak protests, he leaned down again, kissing her fully on the lips, his hands cupping her face. "I don't care," he mumbled against her lips, grinning. "You're my wife. I'll kiss you whenever I want, morning breath and all."

Y/N laughed between kisses, trying to push him off playfully. "Stop, Jeongguk! You need to get ready for work, or you'll be late!" She wriggled out of his grasp, rolling away from him and sitting up on the edge of the bed.

But as soon as her feet touched the floor, Y/N flinched, feeling a sharp soreness coursing through her body. She gasped softly, almost losing her balance as the soreness from last night's activities made itself known. Her legs wobbled slightly, and she shot a playful glare over her shoulder at Jeongguk, who was watching her with a knowing smile.

"Look what you did to me," Y/N huffed, feigning annoyance as she rubbed her thighs, wincing slightly from the lingering soreness.

Jeongguk's smile faltered for a moment, concern flashing across his features. He quickly sat up and swung his legs over the side of the bed. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice soft, as he got up and approached her.

Y/N rolled her eyes dramatically. "I'm fine. Just sore, thanks to you," she teased, sticking her tongue out at him.

Jeongguk's lips turned into a small pout as he knelt down in front of her. "I'm sorry," he said softly, his eyes filled with guilt despite her playful tone. Without another word, he gently scooped her up into his arms, lifting her effortlessly into a bridal style hold. Y/N squealed in surprise, wrapping her arms around his neck as she giggled.
