Teyanna's POV
Tianna and I were sitting in the library for study hall. We were doing some work and studying together. The library is quiet, with students scattered around, focused on their work. I stared blankly at my open textbook. Fidgeting nervously I had so much on my mind.
"Hey, Tey. You look like you've got a lot on your mind."
"Yeah, I do."
"What's going on?"
"Ti..You have way more problems right now..so it's okay"
"So? You're still my sister"
I sighed. "It's about Lez."
"What about her?" Tey asked closing her textbook.
"I don't know how to explain it. I really like her... I love her but I'm so confused about everything."
"Confused? How do you mean?"
"Honestly Ti, I've always thought I liked boys. And now, with Lez, I feel something different. I don't know if it's real or if I'm just... confused."
"Feelings can be confusing, especially when you're figuring things out. But that doesn't make them any less real."
"But what if this is just a phase? What if I'm just trying to be different or something?"
"Whether it's a phase or not, your feelings are valid. You don't have to have everything figured out right now. You're only 16."
"But what if people don't understand? What if they judge me?"
"People will always have opinions, but this is about you. Your happiness and your truth. You deserve to be happy, no matter what anyone else thinks."
"I just... I don't want to hurt Lez. She's so sure of herself, and I'm just... not."
"Then talk to her. Be honest. She cares about you, and she'll understand. Relationships are about communication, right?"
"You're right. Thanks, Tianna."
"Anytime, sis. And hey, there's something I need to tell you too."
"Yeah"
"I've decided I want to keep the baby."
"Wow. That's... a big decision."
"I know. It's scary, but I feel like it's the right thing for me. I heard her heartbeat-"
"Wait Her?"
"I found out it was girl!"
"Oh my freaking goodness!! Ti!! Can I feel your stomach?!"
Tianna smiled then lifted her shirt revealing her growing stomach.
I reached across the stomach and felt her bump. It was really amazing that she was growing a baby. Although I've seen mom pregnant, it felt different with my sister.

She then took out a few pictures from her folder and it revealed to be her ultrasound pictures from her recent visit.

She handed them to me and I smiled even harder. I was so excited to be an auntie.
"Have you told Mom and Dad?"
"Not yet."
" I'm sure they'll probably freak out at first, but they'll come around. They love you."
"I hope so. I just want to do what's best for the baby and I'd hate to just get rid of it..she's so innocent and she's not the one who made the mistake of you know"
"You're going to be a great mom, Tianna. I know it."
"Thanks, Tey. That means a lot."
"And hey, if you can handle this, I can handle figuring out my feelings for Lez. "
"Absolutely. We've got each other, no matter what."
"Yeah. Thanks, Ti."
We sat together in a moment of quiet understanding, I think we both felt a bit more at ease knowing they have each other's support.
"Oh yeah Ti, Have you talked to Tati?"
"I actually haven't. I texted her but my messages are going green"
"Same with mine"
"She probably blocked us"
"Yeah but why would she do that? We didn't do anything to her"
"Mh, because she's Tati. Don't worry about her I'm sure she's fine."
