As you and Felix stood there, embracing each other, the emotion of the moment seemed to affect everyone else in the room. One by one, your friends began clapping softly, their eyes brimming with tears. Freddy Fazbear wiped away a tear from his fur, clearly touched by the display of love. Even Daddy Hello Kitty Batman had to clear his throat, trying to hold back his emotions.

Emo Jesus, though sarcastic earlier, now looked at you with something like genuine admiration. "Alright, maybe it's not a soap opera... maybe it's a little sweet."

Duolingo joined in, clapping as well, his usual exuberant energy replaced by something quieter and more reflective.

But amidst the applause and the warmth of the moment, Neuvillette remained unmoved. He sat in his chair for a moment longer, sighing deeply as he rose to his feet. The applause continued around him, but he didn't acknowledge it. Instead, he turned and walked silently out of the room, his expression unreadable.

As Neuvillette ascended the stairs to his room, the noise of the others celebrating faded behind him. He closed the door softly and stood there for a moment, letting out a long, quiet breath. He didn't understand why these displays of affection hit him so hard. And yet, as he sat on the edge of his bed, a single tear escaped and rolled down his cheek. He wiped it away quickly, as if ashamed of it, before lying down. Sleep soon claimed him, though the weight of that tear lingered in the quiet darkness of his room.

Downstairs, the rest of the team continued to sing together, voices raised in a mix of joy and laughter. You and Felix stood at the center of it all, still wrapped in each other's arms. Felix leaned down, his lips brushing yours in a soft kiss as the others cheered once more, celebrating not just the moment but the connection that had brought you all together.

As you and Felix shared that soft, tender kiss amidst the heartfelt applause, the mood in the room remained warm and glowing. Emo Jesus, though usually sassy, couldn't hide the glimmer of tears in his eyes. Freddy Fazbear, now openly weeping, clapped his oversized hands together, giving an exaggerated sniffle. "This... this is beautiful," he mumbled through the tears, pulling out a tissue and blowing his nose loudly.

Daddy Hello Kitty Batman was also visibly touched, though trying to play it cool. "Not gonna lie, you two are kinda cute," he admitted with a smirk, giving a supportive nod.

Duolingo, as usual, was enthusiastic, clapping and hopping around. "Who knew love could be so... educational!" he chirped. The laughter that followed his odd comment filled the room, everyone enjoying the lighthearted mood.

But amid all the celebration, Freddy suddenly stopped clapping. His brows furrowed in confusion as he looked around the room. "Wait... where's Neuvillette?" he asked, his voice cutting through the joyful atmosphere.

Everyone went quiet, the laughter dying down as they glanced at each other. It took a moment for anyone to realize that Neuvillette wasn't there. You turned your head, scanning the room, only to find his chair empty. There was a brief, awkward silence as everyone exchanged confused looks, unsure of when exactly he had slipped out.

"Did... did anyone see him leave?" you asked, breaking the silence.

"No," Felix replied, scratching his head. "I didn't even notice."

"Me neither," Freddy added, his voice now laced with concern. "One minute he was sitting there, looking all serious... and now he's just... gone?"

Emo Jesus shrugged. "He's always so dramatic. Maybe he had enough of the lovey-dovey stuff and just needed a break."

Daddy Hello Kitty Batman crossed his arms, nodding. "Yeah, Neuvillette's got that 'I'm too cool for this' vibe, but I gotta admit, he's never just... disappeared like that."

You all stood there for a moment longer, unsure whether to laugh it off or go looking for him. Felix squeezed your hand gently, his gaze soft as he spoke. "Maybe we should check on him. Just to make sure everything's okay."

With that, the group decided to quietly head upstairs, careful not to disturb the peace of the house. As you climbed the staircase, the faint sound of the others humming the last notes of the karaoke session still echoed in the background. When you reached Neuvillette's door, you hesitated for a moment before lightly knocking.

There was no response.

You glanced back at Felix, who gave you an encouraging nod. Slowly, you pushed the door open. The room was dimly lit by the moonlight streaming through the window, casting a soft glow over Neuvillette, who lay on his bed, facing the ceiling. His eyes were closed, and his face seemed peaceful, though a little tense.

What caught your attention, however, was the single, glistening tear on his cheek.

You felt a pang of guilt. He had seemed so detached, so unaffected by the display of affection downstairs, but maybe... it had hit him harder than you thought.

Felix noticed too, and his face softened with concern. "Let's leave him be," he whispered, pulling you gently back toward the door.

As you stepped away, you couldn't help but wonder what had gone through Neuvillette's mind. Perhaps it wasn't just your love that had stirred something inside him. There was more to his aloofness than met the eye.

Downstairs, the group had resumed their relaxed state, though there was a noticeable shift in the mood. Freddy, who had been the first to ask about Neuvillette, looked around once more, still uneasy. "You think he's alright?"

"He's fine," Emo Jesus said with a wave of his hand. "Dude's probably just tired of our shenanigans."

As you and Felix returned to the group, you tried to push aside the feeling of unease. The night still had a warmth to it, and after sharing a few more laughs, the team eventually drifted off to bed.

But as you lay next to Felix that night, snuggled up close, your thoughts kept drifting back to Neuvillette. Something about the way he had left, and that tear on his face, left a weight in your chest. Still, as Felix whispered sweet nothings in your ear and kissed your forehead softly, you found comfort in his presence. Soon enough, the day's events lulled you into a peaceful sleep.

The next morning, sunlight poured into the house, warming the air and waking everyone up slowly. You could hear footsteps as the rest of the team gathered in the kitchen for breakfast. When you and Felix walked downstairs, hand in hand, you were greeted with a familiar sight—everyone laughing and chatting around the table. Except for Neuvillette, who sat at the end, staring blankly at his cup of tea.

The atmosphere in the room was light, but Neuvillette's silence stood out like a dark cloud. His eyes were fixed forward, and his lips were pressed into a tight line.

Just then, Duolingo walked in, setting a stack of pancakes on the table with a cheerful grin. "Good morning, everyone! Let's dig in!"

But even the bright energy of Duolingo couldn't lift the tension around Neuvillette, whose gaze remained heavy and unmoving.
