Third Person POV
"Matthew has agreed to be my fake boyfriend." Dominique finally said with a loud sigh following afterwards.
"WHAT??" Celestia shrieked. Thankfully, no one came out from their houses to see the noise, even though Kiki began to stare at them. They were a few blocks away from Celestia's house, where they'll be visiting.
"H-how? When did it happen?" Celestia stuttered. "ERM.. At lunch.." Dominique muttered, as she fiddled her fingers. "So that's why you didn't want to have lunch with me." Celestia said, collecting the pieces together.
Then, a crazy thought was stuck in her mind that her mouth opened.
"No way," she breathed out. "You want to make Jeremy jealous, don't you?" Dominique turned dark red. "Sometimes, I hate how your brain can read mine, Celestia."
"And.. Um.. Will you permit it?" Dominique asked. "Me? Permit it? Of course! Why should you ask me? I'm not his girlfriend or something." Celestia said, trying to hide her dissapointment.
Dominique went near her and whispered, "but you want to be."
"No, I don't!" She exclaimed. "Just.. Just go on with your trick, I'll just go with it." "Thanks!" Dominique gushed, jumping to hug her. "Thanks a lot, Celly, Matthew! I owe you big!"
A few weeks had passed since Matthew and Dominique decided to be a 'couple', each to make someone jealous. Celestia knew that for Dominique, she was trying to make Jeremy jealous.
But for Matthew, no matter how much he had denied, she knew, that he still had feelings for Charlotte, and probably want her back.
Celestia became more and more distant.
She rarely talked to Dominique, or Matthew.
Her friends, well, the other five was her friends. Niall had been healing, and most of his memories had returned, except for the day of the car crash, and Kiki never wanted to tell Niall that, although Celestia was sure he'll find out some day.
Every time the two tried to speak to her, she ignored them.
The more and more they held hands made her sick. They began to act like a real couple. They gave PDAs, and then those 'kissing under a tree' thing.
Even though it was fake, Celestia was tired to see it.
And, one week has it passed, no one, except her five friends remembered her birthday. Her family remembered, too, of course, but not Dominique, or Matthew. She didn't bother if Niall didn't remember, she never told him.
And so, she had a thought.
Two can play that game.
She held out rumours. And so rumours spread that Dominique was only dating Matthew for publicity and her own advantages. The school believed her.
She was a teacher's pet, the good girl, and the most trusted hands of the teachers, after all.
And two weeks after, Dominique and Matthew decided to confront her.
"Celestia, wait." Matthew said. Celestia knew who is was, and she turned, and her ponytail accidentally sauntered over Matthew's face. "Oh, hello," she said in a fake sweet voice. "How may I help you?"
"Yeah, you can. If you can stop the stupid rumours, it would be great." Dominique said. "How can you do it? She's your best friend." Matthew complained.
