Third Person POV

Matthew had to admit. He was surprised that Celestia dared to read that poem in front of the whole class.

She had guts.

Mrs. Julianne whispered something in her ear, and Celestia nodded with a grateful smile and walked out of the class.

A few minutes later, she came back, a worried look on her face. "They say the storm's getting worse." She announced loudly, and whispered something on Mrs. Julianne's ear.

"You are all dismissed! Go home. This is going to be a big storm." Mrs. Julianne whispered the last part.

The students all packed their things and ran out of the class. Celestia watched as Matthew tried to run all the way, and she pitied him.

She didn't know why. She just felt bad.

"Jones!" She called. The passengers in her car(which consists of Kiki, Joanne and Vanessa), and Matthew, gasped. "Get in here!" She commanded.

Matthew rushed into the car.

"Where are you girls going?" He asked, feeling the awkward tension in the air. "Dropping the girls to their homes." She said snobbishly, and picked up her phone.

"Hello?"

Her face turned from snobby to irritated. "What? Mom, you can't be serious -"

"Fine! Ugh." She gave Matthew a swift glare. "You're staying with me until the storm dies down. Our parents' orders." She seemed incredibly unhappy about it.

Matthew and Celestia went into her house, and he threw himself on the lounge, sighing. "Okay. Whatever you do, do NOT enter my bathroom. And stay in my room. Don't wander around." Celestia barked and went into her bathroom.

Matthew crossed his arms.

Trying to make himself not bored, he checked Celestia's book collections. She made it seperated into the series.

The Selection, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Heroes of Olympus, Divergent, The Hunger Games, and kinds of series sat obediently on the NOVELS section.

On the other side, were school books and academic books.

Then, there were classic tales. Beside that section was books made by Shakespeare, Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice.

Until he had a sudden desire to pee.

And Celestia told him not to go out. What was she doing in that bathroom? For one hour? Daring himself, he slid open the bathroom door a tiny bit. Just a peek.

And he wasn't ready to see the view.

Celestia was lying inside the modern bathtub, eyes closed, foam covering her body. Her hair was wet, and so was her face.

But even in the midst of pampering herself, she looked uneasy.

He watched as she rose, revealing her body, and wrapped a towel around her body.

He immediately shut the door.

His cheeks were red.

A few minutes later, Celestia came out, wearing a grey sweatshirt and grey pajama pants .

She held the same irritated look.

"If you're hungry, you can go to the kitchen." She offered, but he rushed to the bathroom. Celestia chuckled. She brushed her hair, but still looked uneasy.

She laid on her bed.

Just a nap . .

Matthew went to Celestia, and was surprised to see her fast asleep. He decided to explore her books.

And one section caught his eye.

Behind the Novels section, there was a small, red book. No title, no author. Curious, he opened it.

Poems.

He immediately closed it. It was her personal book. He shouldn't open. "Celestia!" He shook her awake as thunder rumbled, making her shoot up.

"Matthew!" She put her hands to her heart. "What is it?"

"The storm's getting EVEN WORSE." He shouted. "That's not something I can control!" She snapped, and held her head. "Ugh." She groaned. She sat on a chair and was calm, until she saw the red book on the table.

"Jones!" She shrieked angrily, glaring at him.

"How dare you open my book?" She snarled, looking very vicious.

"I didn't -"

"You know it contains poems about y-"

She caught herself before saying the word 'you'. Matthew's eyes narrowed. "About?" Celestia blushed bright red.

"N-nothing." She muttered, looking at the ground.

"A guy?" He asked, and she nodded feebly.

"Who?" Her eyes suddenly twinkled.

"You know who he is. You know him very well, too." She wore a secretive smile. "Who?" She sighed.

"Why do I even bother with a dungbrain like you?" She shook her head.

"You, Matthew." She took away her gaze from her book to his eyes.

"About you. Mostly about trying to forget you." She shrugged, but looked away, her understanding gaze suddenly shy.

"I love you, Celestia." He whispered in her ear, but she sighed.

"I do too, Matthew. But how am I supposed to trust you again? How am I supposed to know that you won't fool me again?" She asked sadly, and looked away.

"I'll earn it." Matthew said, his voice showing his determination.

"I'll fight for you."
