Third Person POV
Celestia was standing at one of the corridors at school, chatting animatedly with Matthew. Suddenly, Charlotte halted their way. "Matthew, you were drunk and was at the alley yesterday right?" She demanded.
Celestia sighed.
"What do you want?" She asked.
"Shut up, you bitch. I know Matthew wants me." Charlotte said smugly.
"Charlotte, I love Celestia. I hope you know that." Matthew said firmly.
"Then why am I pregnant Matthew? Yours?"
-End of Dream-Celestia woke up, shaking.
"What kind of dream was that?" She snarled.
It had been three months since the party. It was June, the month of Finals, and they should study if they want to pass 10th grade.
She hurriedly went to school.
She met Dominique on the way.
"Hey, did you notice something strange?" Dominique asked her.
"What?" Celestia asked.
"Charlotte hadn't bothered us for three months!" Dominique exclaimed. "Yeah. She's sick, I think." Celestia said distractedly.
Dominique started rambling about something.
Soon, she snapped her fingers in front of Celestia's face. "God! What?" Celestia muttered.
"You're distracted, girl. Tell me." Dominique pointed out. "I'm fine, Dominique. Don't worry." Celestia said.
-After Classes-
"Tomorrow is the start of Finals." Celestia said, clutching her English book to her chest. "What if we don't pass?"
Matthew smiled at her. "You're too smart not to pass."
"Don't sugarcoat words, to me, dummy." She said playfully. "But the Maths is too hard for me." She said angrily.
"Sir Fred is a horrible teacher." Matthew complained. "Agreed." Celestia said.
Suddenly, Charlotte blocked their way.
"Matthew, you were drunk yesterday, right? And you walked pass an alley, didn't you?" She demanded.
Celestia glared at her, but her stomach was twisting. It was like her dream!
"What do you want, Charlotte?" She asked simply.
"Shut up, you bitch," Charlotte snarled.
Celestia glared very harshly at Charlotte and she squirmed a little. But she regained her posture.
"I know Matthew wants me."
"I love Celestia, Charlotte," Matthew said firmly. "I hope you know that."
Charlotte looked smug.
"Then why am I pregnant, Matthew? Yours." Matthew and Celestia gasped.
"What the hell?!" Celestia snapped.
"That's impossible, Charlotte! I wasn't even drunk! You were!" Matthew said, confused and angry.
"How dare you?" Charlotte wailed. "You don't even want responsibility!" She handed him a stack of papers.
Celestia's jaw dropped as she saw the letters, and the words and the sentences they formed.
"She- she isn't lying." Celestia said, trying to be calm.
"She is!" Matthew yelled.
"You can't just not take responsibility. These are the papers regarding to her -" Celestia turned quiet. She was sniffling, and tears were beginning to form.
I'm winning,
Charlotte thought.
But why do I feel guilty?
"Well, you two should be together. Charlotte, you're too young to have a baby. I suggest you put in on adoption or something. But I can assure you that Matthew will be there for you. I knew this was too good to be true."
Celestia walked away.
She didn't look back even once.
She was very sad, but she had learned to bottle up all her emotions. So she didn't cry. She just looked down.
"See that?" Charlotte asked.
"She just left! She didn't even look at you! She doesn't love you!"
Matthew slapped her.
"Can't you see her? She was almost crying! She is a thousand times stronger than you are! Everyone would break down in this situation, but she didn't! She kept herself together! You're just a bitch who wants to break us apart! Celestia is smart at books, but she wasn't so experienced in liars like you! So go to hell!"
Matthew yelled.
Charlotte gasped. He was never this angry.
"I'm not lying!" She shouted.
"You are. I can see it in your eyes. You were guilty. No one would be guilty if they didn't do something wrong. And in your case, you're lying."
Matthew snarled, before leaving.
