Third Person POV

The doctor got even more uncomfortable at the anxious faces of the people in front of him.

Celestia, Matthew, Vera, Beth, Steve, and Daniel crowded Aimee's bed, and anxiously waited for the doctor to say something.

"Well?" Vera snapped, looking annoyed and irritated and confused.

"Aimee's approximated life span, is," he took a deep breath. "Until this May." Aimee didn't cry, she just put on a strong face, a mere facade that anyone could see through.

Celestia didn't bother a fake smile, she sobbed quietly and hugged Aimee. Matthew ran his hands through his hair, and Celestia knew, like his sister, he also put on a strong facade.

The women burst into sobs, even Steve cried. Daniel was rather composed, but tear tracks were making way.

"Its okay!" Aimee said in fake enthusiasm. "We'll make the best of it."

"My little angel," Celestia whispered at Aimee, sobbing. "You don't deserve this illness, sweetheart," she sobbed.

"Its okay, Celly. But I'm sorry I can't be your bridesmaid," Aimee said sadly.

"I'll spare a seat for you. Best view, front row." Celestia said, wiping her eyes.

Aimee smiled.

"So, how many months do we have?"

"Four," Vera hiccupped, and went to hug her little girl.

"Then make it count."

**

Celestia was never bright anymore.

To distract herself, she studied harder than ever. Her scores rose from cliff to paradise, all her teachers were proud. But they knew something was wrong.

She never smiled.

Her usually bright, sharp eyes full of curiosity was dull and lifeless and empty.

Her long, magnificent brown hair was messy and limp, usually on a messy ponytail. Her posture was weak and fragile.

Matthew was the same. To busy himself, Celestia tutored him and he studied. He got sixth place, Celestia winning first.

But that was March. They only had two more months until Aimee would pass. "Celestia, what happened to you?" Kiki demanded, as Celestia sighed.

"How can I smile when I know Aimee can only live for two more months?" Celestia asked, teary-eyed.

Niall was comforting Matthew.

Kiki sighed.

"I'm sorry, Cel."

Celestia's face was cold and stony, emotionless. She didn't say anything back.

Celestia and Matthew visited each other often, and they both mourned for the losses.

Celestia always looked tired, exhausted, breathless, but she still looked beautiful. "Matthew," she whispered hoarsely, and Matthew, also tired looking, stared at the girl of his dreams.

"Yeah?" He asked.

"I can't live like this." She said weakly, her head against his shoulder. "No more suicidal attempts, Celestia," Matthew said sternly.

"You threw away your life, and Aimee has none to spare."

She looked down, hurt.

"Matt-"

"I know you're hurt, Cel," he said, and stood up, dusting off his shirt. "But we can't continue like this."

"Why?" Celestia demanded, rosing to her feet gracefully.

"We're on top of things! You got eight ranks above than last year -"

"But you never smile, Celestia. It impacted you greatly." Matthew said, and wiped a tear away from her face.

"I would give anything to see you smile again."

"What do you do when I'm upset?" Celestia taunted, a smirk, a tiny hint of satisfied emotion, danced on her lips.

"Kiss me." Celestia said.

"Didn't have to ask me twice."

And his lips crashed hers.

**

"Ma, I wanna go to Celly's house!" Little Aimee tugged on Vera's dress, and Vera nodded.

"Let's go!"

Aimee rang the doorbell, but no one opened. "Ugh," Aimee muttered and opened the door.

"Its unlocked!" Vera gasped.

"What if there's a thief?" Aimee panicked, and pulled on again on Vera's dress.

"Stay behind me, Aims." Vera warned, and Aimee circled Vera and stopped on the back.

"Let's get in."

The living room was empty, and that made Vera and Aimee panic even more. "Maybe they're at her room." Aimee guessed.

Aimee turned out to be a genius.

Celestia was pinned on the bed, hands roaming Matthew, and their lips were connected, lips moving in sync. Celestia's tank top was off and she was on her underwear, along with Matthew.

"Caught them!"

"They're enjoying their time, let's not bother.." Aimee whispered.

"No." Vera said, smiling widely and shaking her head.

"AHEM!" Vera coughed very, very loudly.

Celestia and Matthew shot up and she shrieked, her legs were shown, and the rest of her body was covered by Matthew.

She was unable to pull the sheets, for she was pinned.

Matthew's jaw dropped, and Celestia stopped shrieking.

Their faces were red in embarassment, and Aimee's eyes widened, her eyes turning to her brother in his underwear, and Celestia, her face red and as he jumped down, Celestia quickly pulled the sheets to cover her body.

"I told you, you can do this, after marriage. You'll be in twelfth grade in two months, so behave, even though I would love to have you as a daughter- in-law, Celestia."

Vera said, and the two blushed.

"And you broke," Vera's finger slapped Matthew's bare chest. "Aimee's pure, innocent mind!"

"Innocent?" Matthew gaped.

"She made us do a kiss scene!" Celestia stayed quiet, before finally jumping up and slipped on her brown, long-sleeved shirt and brown pajama pants.

"Hush, Matthew," Celestia ordered, her face red.

"This is so humiliating," Celestia wailed, and shut herself in her bathroom. Matthew, Vera and Aimee laughed.

"Don't say that, princess! We'll be able to do that every day after-"

"Don't you dare finish that sentence!" Celestia yelled, even though she was holding laughs.

"You idiotic, pervert asshole!"
