"The medical bots assured us Lloyd's condition is stable," Zane assured the rest of us as we all sat around Lloyd's unconscious body back in our quarters, all gazing down at him in concern, adding, worried, "But he shows no signs he will wake up from this coma." "But he has to wake up! We can't do this without him," Sora fretted, "Whatever fears he had about being our Master in the Games-" However, Sora was cut off as someone knocked on the door, Roby and Blekt entering with Zeatrix behind them, her hands chained together and surrounded by four robotic guards. All of us glared at her, furious, while I stood, cracking my neck dangerously, eyes flickering red. "Oh, I thought Lloyd would be... sorry," Roby apologised, looking down sadly, Element Cup in hand, "We came to do the official transfer of Elemental Powers." "Lloyd is technically the victor of that competition," Blekt added, gazing down at him disppationately, clearly not particularly bothered by his injured state. "But I guess we can wait until he's... better," Roby finished, rubbing the back of his head apologetically before adding happily, "Good news though, we expelled that pain-in-the-butt Zeatrix!" "I can hear you," Zeatrix told him, irritated. "You were meant to. Right Roby?" I asked the man, who grinned in agreement, causing Zeatrix to glare at both of us. "And she's not just expelled from this Tournament. But all future tournaments," Roby added, not impressing any of us with the punishment. "That's it?!" Sora questioned angrily, "After what she did? Come on Roby, you can do better than that." "Or we can do worse," Wyldfire threatened, turning to glare at Zeatrix.

"Listen to me. I-I was so caught up in winning, in proving my worth, I just, blanked out," Zeatrix tried to explain, sounding somewhat apologetic, "I, acted out of rage." "Rage," Arin murmured at that, frowning as he once again noticed the dragon symbol on Roby's cufflink. "I can understand that, Zeatrix," I accepted, calming down as I stepped forward, offering her a slight smile to the woman's clear surprise, "I've felt that way as well. If you really are sorry though, say it to our faces." "Alright," Zeatrix accepted with a  reluctant sigh, "I, I am sorry for what I did. I hope your friend gets better." The others all looked at each other in surprise, shocked she was actually willing to do it. "Thank you," I replied with a nod, which Zeatrix returned before she turned to Roby, who held up the Element Cup, absorbing all of her powers. "Sorry Zeatrix. Lose a game, lose your powers. Them's the rules. Guards, escort her out of the city," Roby requested as the guards led a calm Zeatrix out of the building, "I'm sorry about all this. If Lloyd wakes up-" "When Lloyd wakes up," Sora corrected. "When Lloyd wakes up," Roby accepted, "I'll transfer all the powers to him. He earned them."

Saying this, Roby and Blekt turned and walked out as Arin and I dragged Wyldfire to the side to speak. "Wyldfire, did you notice those cufflinks Roby was wearing?" I asked her quietly. "Yeah," Wyldfire agreed with a laugh, "They look so fire." "No! I mean, sure they are stylish," Arin accepted to Wyldfire's pleasure, "But that's not the point. Those cufflinks have the same design as the mark on the wall from where someone sent those attacker bots. Tarim says it's the family crest of the Games Masters." "Roby can't be a suspect," Wyldfire argued, "Don't you remember how kind he's been to me? Us?" "Just because someone acts nice, doesn't mean they aren't capable of turning on you," I replied, Arin nodding in agreement, glancing back at Sora with a slight scowl, "Beside, it's the family crest Wyldfire, not Roby's. Meaning the one who sent those bots could be Blekt." "Well of course it would be Blekt. It can't be Roby," Wyldfire declared, shaking me, "And what about Ras?" "He's still a suspect, sure," Arin admitted, "But the more I think about it, the more I think Roby and Blekt could be responsible for the attack on the Matriarch. And the other players." "I think your wrongest kind of wrong about Roby," Wyldfire declared, "But if this investigation means I can prove the Stang-zu Roby's innocence, then sign me up." "I can help too, you guys," Sora offered softly, walking over with a gentle smile. I scoffed in reply as Arin and I looked away. "Thanks, but no thanks. We need ninja we can trust," I replied coldly, Arin nodding in agreement as we turned and stalked out with Wyldfire.
