"This is not that rogues baby. It's yours," Isabelle answered.

Jared just looked at her confused, "but how?"

She rolled her eyes, "do I really need to explain it to you? Because I thought that it would be quite obvious." Right now, she was glad that she wasn't scared from every move he made. She didn't think that she would be able to handle it.

"So, it's mine?" Jared asked slowly as if still not getting the prospect of it.

She nodded, "yes, it's yours." Isabelle gave him a smile and waited for him to react.

His entire face seemed to light up and he started hugging and kissing her all over her face. She winced when he squeezed to hard and seeming to notice that, he pulled away.

"I'm so sorry sweetheart! I didn't mean to hurt you!"

She shook her head and pulled him back to her, "no, it's okay. I just want you to hold me now and never let go."

"I will never," Jared promised and climbed up in bed with her after she insisted of him lying next to her. He was careful though not to hurt her. He wrapped his arms around Isabelle and she snuggled in close to him. He then whispered in her ear, "I promise."

Isabelle smiled at that and held into him like her life depended on it. Memories of what happened started to come to her mind wave after wave after a while of just laying there. She clutched her eyes shut tight as they over flooded her brain and she started shaking.

Jared started rubbing her back as if sensing this and held her tighter. She then started sobbing into his t-shirt.

"Please calm down baby," he whispered sweetly in her ear, "I'm right here. There's no need to worry. Okay?"

She nodded a bit but continued to cry. After what seemed like forever, she finally calmed down. She sniffles and looked up at Jared. "Where's Abby? Is she okay? Does she know I'm alright. Can you get her please?"

Isabelle hadn't seen her in forever, not really for a few days even before the attack and she really wanted to see her. They were beat friends after all and they grew up together. They were practically sisters.

Jared nodded, "of course I will." He mind linked someone and said, "she's on her way right now."

I sighed with a small smile and laid my head on his chest listening to his heart beat. It was nice and soothing to her and she wanted to sleep to it but she reminded herself that she wanted and needed to see Abby.

Tuning into Jared's thoughts after a while of lying there because she was wondering what he was thinking, she saw that his wolf was growling on the inside because that rogue had touched her. But he was also relieved that she was safe and in his arms. She was his and only his.

I smiled at that and said out loud to reassure him, "yours."

Sorry for the long wait! The internet hasn't been working so I haven't been able to upload. But I found out that the wattpad app on my kindle still worked without internet use so I decided to write in on there. It took a while since I can't type my sixty words per minute like I can on my computer, (which I'm proud of by the way) so this is why it took so long. Sorry! Oh, and please, if you haven't already checked out my new book, please do so! I promise you'll like it if you like this one!
