Chapter 29: Abby's baby

Isabelle raced across the field and back toward the safety cellar with Jared behind her and Daniel behind him. He was most likely coming along to check on both his mate and son and to see how Abby was doing.

Within no time at all, she was there along with the others and she shifted back to her human form while Jared growled out to everyone to look away who was around them to check on their own mates to protect her from being seen, even if they didn't care about her. They all did and Jared didn't even have to worry about Daniel because he didn't want to look at his sister.

Isabelle opened the door and gathered her clothes, putting them back on as she made her way down the stairs. She was going to be dressed when she was with Abby, not in the nude nor in her wolf form.

She made it in no time to the cellar and raced across the floor now fully dressed, seeing her own baby in the arms in the pack mate she left her in on her way to Abby. She grabbed a hold of Olivia, thanking the woman and continued in the same direction after her baby was in her arms but slowed down of course.

They soon made it to Abby's side, the path being cleared for them because of the other women going to their mates and the people also knowing what was happening and making way for the Alpha, Luna, and Delta.

Screaming could be heard not to far off and Isabelle winced slightly at the sound. It had to be worse for Abby because she was human having a werewolf child so it had to be painful. It was terrible for Isabelle but it had been easier on her because she also had werewolf blood coursing through her veins, so far as anyone could tell, Abby didn't but there was still a possibility.

When we finally arrived, Abby was cursing Luke and you could see him wincing in pain. It was rare to see Luke in pain but Abby was holding his hand so tight, it looked like it might break off.

"Just a bit more," the nurse said, "I can see their head, one more push. You can do it." Luke was also giving words of encouragement to Abby and after one final scream, she pushed with all her might and the nurse grabbed the head and helped the baby out and taking it to make sure everything was fine and checking the gender.

Abby collapsed back in exhaustion and suddenly started screaming again. Her back arched and the same nurse quickly ran over after handing off the other baby to another nurse and announced, "you have another one coming. Now on three, push." Abby did, cursing Luke the entire time that she was going to kill him in his sleep because he made her go through this much pain and not long after, the second child was born. They too were taken away and not long after, both returned and the nurse announced, "both are boys. Congratulations."

Abby was really exhausted by now but she smiled and took her babies when they were handed to her. Everyone was shocked that Abby had twins, not expecting it at all.

"What are you going to name them?" Isabelle asked with a smile as she laid her hand on her shoulder while still holding Olivia in her other arm.

"I think the first one should Aaron Carter," Abby said softly, smiling down at her babies and then looking up at Luke to see what he thought.

He nodded in agreement and kissed the side of her head, "I like it, and what about the second one?"

"I think Nathaniel Ethan," she replied.

"Those names are great," Isabelle told her, "and now, you have double the trouble," she joked.

Abby glared at her but it was soft, "yeah, yeah, I know. But I doubt we all have to wait long for you to have another baby so it won't be a problem."

Isabelle gasped mocking and put a hand over her heart like she was hurt. "You're mean."

Abby rolled her eyes and grinned, "but you love me anyways." She then let out a yawn and Luke told her to get some rest, he would take care of the children. She agreed and not long later, she was fast asleep.

The day ended in a great way. The war was won and two people had been introduced into this world. Everything was going to go great from there.

Finally updated! Honestly, what took me so long were deciding on names. You guys had a lot of great names and I kept going back and forth between them and then I decided some of the names I loved would be in other books I would write after this is finished and possibly after I finish Taken, but I need ideas for books, I have plenty but I don't know what to do with them. I was wondering what you guys were thinking of ideas. You can suggest them or I can write a few after I finish this book and you guys choose which one I should do. It doesn't matter to me but there will be a contest.

I hadn't planned on there being twins but the names were so great and as I mentioned before, I couldn't choose my favorite one, I love other ones so they will be part of my other books.

Also, a lot of you wrote the same name down so I have to give you credit for Nathaniel but it was the middle name that got to me so that is what got me. Thank you @jaaycee21 for the name!

And thank you @PinkyisKool for Aaron Carter! That really stuck out to me I love it!

The Epilogue will be next so stay tuned! I'm sad to see this story come to an end already but I will be done! Thank you all for sticking with me and my terrible updating, I know how bad it is especially since I have college classes and regular classes to do.
