There was a long silence before her mother broke it. "That's exactly what I was saying hunny. I'm a witch."

"B-but how?" Isabelle asked stupidly.

"I've been one my whole life," her mother sighed, "your grandma was one, and so so was your great grandmother. The line keeps going on and on to almost the beginning of time. We're related to the first original witch. It's a direct line. So we have generations of witch blood in us."

Isabelle put up a hand to stop her explanation so she could try and process it all. When she made the signal to continue, she was surprised to the next thing, but from her father.

"All wolves on the other hand are from the line of the original wolf since wolves can't be turned. And if they are able to be turn from human, that would only be because they have wolf blood in them. The original wolf and the original witch are the same person. The Moon goddess but she split us up into separate species and now you are the first person in history, besides the Moon goddess herself, to be like her. You are like the same as her, all the powers of a wolf and of a witch, but not the ones that make her the Moon goddess and you a regular human, well, I guess not human exactly so... yeah. She's still the only one who can pick mates but otherwise, you are one in the same. Has she ever visited you before?"

Isabelle was so shocked, she sat there speechless listening to all this and only dumbly nodded her head when her dad asked her of this.

Everyone looked a bit surprised when she stared at them but not all the much. "What's going on? Why are you all looking at me like that?"

"We think that you two are connected somehow. More than you just being the first one like her. We don't know how but we think so."

"Okay..." Isabelle said slowly and tried to process all this while still holding Olivia close to her body. "Can you guys just leave for awhile so I can think about this? That would be very helpful to try and understand it."

"Of course sweetheart," her mom told her. "Take all the time you need. Just call us back in when you're feeling ready and we'll answer any more questions you might have and try to explain more."

"I think it's enough for now. But I will ask later if I don't understand."

Her mother nodded and kissed her on the forehead. "Everything's going to be fine sweetheart. You'll see." Everybody then left the room until it was just her and Jared.

"How are you feeling baby?" Jared asked her.

Isabelle let out a sigh. "Okay I guess. It's a lot to take in, but I'll figure it out eventually. I just wished I knew about all of this while I was growing up. It would be so much easier now. I mean even knowing about Daniel would've been great. Having an older brother, even if he was only half. That would have been nice because I always wished for a sibling and here I go, finding out that I have one eighteen almost nineteen years later."

"I know," Jared sighed and kissed her forehead, "but as I said. It's all going to be fine in the end. I promise you that. I'm not going to let anything happen to you or Olivia. I also think that the Moon goddess will help too since you are so connected. How many times have you talked to her?"

"I know once while in the hospital after the car crash but I can't remember if I have after that. I think I did but... ugh! I can't remember! It's driving me crazy!"

"Calm down," Jared said putting a hand on her shoulder, making both her and her wolf calm down from his touch. "Don't wake Olivia. We need to let her sleep." Olivia had finished eating and had fallen asleep halfway through their conversation somewhere.

"You're right," she agreed and took deep breaths. "I just want all of this to be over and be like most normal werewolf couples could be. Obviously I don't know many normal werewolf couples and how they act but I guessing it's just like every other couple."

Jared chuckled. "Yeah, we are. Except there's one thing, besides the wolf part, that sets us apart from the humans." He stood up with a wicked gleam in his eyes.

Isabelle looked up at him, a soft smile on her face as she asked, "and what is that?"

"We are much more possessive than humans are."

Making sure not to disturb the baby, Jared then bent down and captured her lips in a kiss.

Ahh... okay, so I guess I gave up on the votes per chapter thing like I did all those other times I decided to try it out thanks to a couple rude comments I received. I'm not trying to be mean to those who wrote them, but it makes me, and every other writer on here know that they feel special because people are voting for their stories, like people really like them and want them to continue. But it's not the votes that matter, I love the votes but I love hearing the comments more on what you guys think of the chapter. But there's no need to be rude to somebody who's just asking for votes on a chapter that they wrote and I know that you might hate what I'm saying just please, no more rude comments or comments about voting please. For some people, writing may be all other people have and if you write comments like that, the writer is going to think that you don't appreciate the story anymore and may just end up not writing it all together. I'm not saying that I'm going to do this, I just know a lot of writers who struggle with this and just want your support. Excuse me for my rant, but I had to, now, let's move on.

What did you think of this chapter? Pretty good explaining or do I need a better explanation? What do you think? I'd love to hear what you think!
