Chapter 18: Baby Coming

"Get Jared!" Isabelle screamed, "where is he!"

"He'll be here soon sweetheart," her mother told her just hang on and push."

"I am not having this baby until he is here," Isabelle growled.

"You may not have a choice sweetheart. This baby is coming and it's coming now."

Flashback

"Ahh!" Isabelle screamed and bent over her stomach, clutching it with her hands.

Her mom jumped up and raced over to her like she just didn't reveal the most shocking news ever. "What's wrong honey?"

"The baby," Isabelle breathed out, "it's coming."

"Call the pack doctor!" her mom screamed at her dad, "tell him we're coming right now." Without another words, she helped Isabelle up and started their way outside the house and to the car.

"What about Jared?" Isabelle complained once she was seated in the car and breathing heavily, trying her best to control her breathing and not let the pain hurt so much.

"Well call him honey, don't you worry. Just worry about breathing," her mother soothed her.

Isabelle nodded and relaxed, closing her eyes, and just focused in on her breathing. She let out slow breaths, it helping a little but not much as the contractions kept hitting her. She knew it was going to hurt like a b but she never figured it would hurt this much.

"We're almost to the hospital Isabelle, just a bit longer."

She only nodded in reply through gritted teeth, trying not to yell as one of the harder contraction took over her body. It was damn hard not to yell.

She was soon being helped out of the car and put into a wheelchair. Almost as soon as they started moving, the worst contraction ripped through her and couldn't help but scream out loudly.

She was rushed through the halls, people moving out of their way quickly, with her parents rushing close behind her and she kept asking where Jared was but they kept saying he would be there soon.

She was placed on a bed where she was now.

End of Flashback

"No! I refuse to have this baby without Jared! Get me him now!"

Just then, he rushed into the room, with an exhausted but excited and scared look on his face and ran to her side and grabbed a hold of her hand. "I'm sorry baby. I'm sorry I wasn't here sooner, but I'm here now. Let's have this baby."

Isabelle was about to snap at him but gritted her teeth, choosing not to. She grunted at another contraction and squeezed his hand with all her might. Finally, she let go and started pushing as the doctors instructed her to.

"Just a few more pushes and you'll be done Luna, just a few more. I can see the head!"

Isabelle was exhausted and pushed with all her might a few more times when she heard a beautiful cry fill the room.

Sorry for the long wait! I have semester test next week so I'm studying like crazy, plus my birthday was this week also, three days ago actually, so I didn't have the time to write. But here's the next chapter! Only one more to find out the gender of the baby! Last chance for baby names!
