3rd POV
The Ninja's all stands by the main staircase, while the mighty Dragon Masters are at the very top and looks down at them. Proudness impressed on their face as they call upon two of them to step up, in order to honor what they have accomplished.
''Kai and Mirabel is officially a Third Fang Ninja.'' Congratulate Rontu and confirms it, looking proudly at the two standing in the front of the entire group.
''When you first arrived, I was skeptical. But I had become old and tired, without inspiration, and it was clear I misjudged you.'' Apologize Egalt of his mistake for believing they weren't worthy of the Dragon Master's sacred technique. ''You, are worthy students and have given this old dragon the spark of hope that Rising Dragon Technique will be passed on.''
''Thank you for your... wisdom...'' Thanked Mirabel at first, bowing respectfully at the two for teaching them. But that quickly changes when she feels a pull in the nature around her. The power of life has suddenly dimmed a little, turned a little dark.
''What is wrong with the sky?'' Ask Arin a bit unsure in the back, noticing how the dark blue light of the night is changing to a dark red one.
''Oh no... It is here.'' Feared Mirabel as she sees the answer, rising from the horizon and is already effecting the life and energy in this world... Effecting her. ''The Blood Moon... It is here.''
''Come on.'' Speak up Lloyd immediantly, looking at the Dragon Master's eagerly. ''We have no time to waste. Help the rest of us learn how to do Rising Dragon Technique.''
''They can't... Not anymore.'' Answer Mirabel to that and suddenly get a frown on her lips, looking at the dragon with sadness.
''What are you talking about Mirabel?'' Ask Lloyd confused, not understanding why she is answering him. But she didn't answer back and walk over to Egalt to feel the negative energy beaming inside of them, that appeared the moment the Blood Moon arrived from the horizon.
''The Blood Moon has an effect on you two, doesn't it? From the time you banished the Forbidden Five?'' Guess Mirabel right away, feeling bad she won't be able to do anything against it. It is a curse and she can't do anything to it, if she doesn't know the full length of the curse. She is bind and helpless.
''She is right, Lloyd. We cannot... I am sorry.'' Confirm Rontu to that and turn it even darker. ''We hoped we had more time, but the Blood Moon is also a bane for us.''
''May the Source Dragons be on your side.'' Wished Egalt to the Ninja, using his head to push Mirabel away from him before the curse kicks in. A stone transformation. The Ninja watches in horror as the two Dragon Masters are getting turned into stone. Statues.
''Ha. This isn't real, right?'' Joke Wyldfyre suddenly, not believing in what she is seeing and tries to help the dark mood. ''This is a prank.''
''I am sorry, but... I really don't think-'' Says Nya instead off Mirabel, until she is rudely interrupted by Wyldfyre's stubbornness.
''The Dragon Masters are too powerful to have been turned to stone.'' Denied Wyldfyre angrily and stomp her way to the statues herself. ''I pulled this once. Remember, Kai?''
''Wyldfyre.'' Tries Kai to wake up.
''Time to wake them from their slumber.'' Keep on Wyldfyre and tries to tickle the statue of Egalt. But every attempt she mades, doesn't come with a respond. The others doesn't want to bother with trying to talk to her, finding it might be best to let her figure it out on her own. Although Nya and Mirabel stays behind to be there for her, just in case. Mirabel tries hard to keep her tears in, watching Wyldfyre try kicking the statue, which sadly injure her even more. ''Ouch... Right, stone... So it is not a prank, but it will wear off, right?''
