All eyes in the room were on the Barbie-like female that had walked in. She had the blondest hair, brighter than the sun. And her skin was the color of an orange- literally. She looked like she laid in the sun for way too long. Not to mention her eyes were a bright blue but they looked like contacts because that color of blue eyes could not possibly exist in the world. Her breasts, very large breasts, were showing in the tight red dress that she wore and her legs looked a mile long with the five inch heels under her feet. Definitely looks like a stripper, Zoe thought to herself.
"What the-," Lucas started, but he was abruptly cut off.
"I'm sorry to interrupt," the woman said, walking up to Lucas and handing him a folder. "Here's the information that you requested."
"You can put it in my inbox."
"Oh okay, I'm sorry about that. Let me know if you need anything else at all."
Zoe could feel the awkwardness in the room as everyone could sense that the secretary was hitting on Lucas.
"Don't worry about it," Tyler replied, having a grin on his face. She quickly turned around and walked out the door.
"Can we get back to the meeting?" Lucas checked his watch and said, "We don't have much time left to discuss everything."
"Yes," Tyler agreed, still grinning. "Let's get back to the meeting."
Lucas looked at Zoe, who was looking at Tyler while he spoke. Not being able to help himself, Lucas felt attracted to the girl. Something about her was different to him. He looked at her dark brown hair, laying softly curled and just the right length. Her chestnut brown eyes were beautiful, and he found himself wanting to just stare at them. He wasn't usually a stare-er but he couldn't help it right now. His eyes trailed to her cute nose, her soft jawline, and finally her lips. They were covered in chapstick and looked like they had been bitten. She must be the nervous kind, he thought to himself. He kind of smiled to himself when he realized she didn't have any makeup on and she still looked amazing. He also found it attractive that she was wearing a nice sweater and still looked hot. Control yourself, Lucas! After Bianca, you are staying away from girls this beautiful unless they're at the strip club.
Tyler interrupted Lucas' thoughts by continuing their meeting. "So, Zoe, you said that we can use the second floor of your coffee shop but you would still like to keep the first floor to do business?"
"Yes," Zoe replied.
This time, Lucas responded, "Well, you can't do that."
Zoe glared at him. What's his problem?!
"Actually...," Tyler disagreed, "That's a great idea because it will be more believable. Think about it... if we take over the entire coffee shop, it will be suspicious and people will ask why the business is not operating anymore. However, if we only use the second floor and Zoe can say that she's doing re-modeling, that will be more believable. On the outside, it will look like everything is normal, but on the second floor, we can dress up like construction workers working on a "remodel" while we're actually spying on the warehouse."
Eat it! In your face! Zoe wanted to say to Lucas but she was a mature lady, and she held herself back.
Lucas had no words to say because what Tyler was suggesting was actually a better idea than the original one. A much better idea. But it did not sit well with Lucas that someone else, especially not an agent, had a better idea than him so he tried to find faults in the plan.
"Where is she going to stay then?"
A light bulb flashed on top of Tyler's head. "She can stay at the FBI safe house that is ten minutes away from her coffee shop. The one on Fulton Street."
