"God, this smells like shit," Magnolia complained as Steve took out three metal buckets of raw meat from his trunk.
"Yeah, thanks a lot. Now, my car's going to reek for the next two months," Steve grumbled.
She rolled her eyes, "Well, you had to help out somehow. You didn't contribute shit to the actual plan–"
"Well, well, well, look who it is?" Dustin spoke up.
Magnolia gave him a confused look until she realized he was talking into his stupid headset. Finally, someone had answered. Maybe they'd be able to kick Harrington off the team.
"Well, when you were having sister problems, Dart grew again," he continued, "he escaped, and I'm pretty sure he's a baby Demogorgon."
"You're pretty sure?" Magnolia squinted at him.
Dustin gave her a quick glare and continued to talk to his headset. "I'll explain later. Just, meet me, Maggie, and Steve at the old junkyard. And bring your binoculars and wrist-rockets."
"Alright, let's go," Steve stated as he closed the trunk. He held one of the buckets to Magnolia.
She glanced at it, then shook her head. "You got it, Harrington," she said as she began to walk into the forest.
"Are you kidding me?" he scoffed.
"C'mon, be a gentleman," she shrugged.
Begrudgingly, he followed behind her, and Dustin behind him.
"Just be there. Over, and out," he stated to the other person on the channel. Now speaking to the two teens, he informed them that Lucas would be meeting them at the junkyard to help set up.

Magnolia's feet were already killing her. They had been walking along the abandoned train track for almost an hour now. The yellow, rubber gloves made her hands sweat uncomfortably. Every couple of feet she'd throw a slice of meat at the ground in annoyance. The three had begun walking in a line some time ago, with Dustin in the front followed by Magnolia, then Steve. Her annoyance grew as she listened to their stupid conversation. Dustin was explaining how he discovered a baby Demogorgon in the first place, and as usual, Steve Harrington was having a hard time following.
"Alright, so let me get this straight," Steve began, "You kept something you knew was probably dangerous, in order to impress a girl who... who you just met?"
"Alright, that's grossly oversimplifying things–"
"It's really not, though, Dusty. That's pretty much what happened," Magnolia shrugged.
