The second Seungcheol stepped down from his car, the sight made him feel like his knees were giving in.

The place, it was destroyed a little too well. When more than four trucks are collided into eachother, Seungcheol hadn't really expected anything better than this, but still, the way the police guarded the place, people surrounded it while taking photos and half burnt trucks of his stood there, it settled something bad in his stomach.

His brother...

Mingyu...

The policemen were quick to follow him when he entered inside the circle, still composed even when the youngest behind him had lost all of his cool. Hansol was desperate, looking here and there, trying to get near to the half burnt car that was supposed to be having Mingyu in it.

It didn't, Mingyu wasn't there. And Seungcheol didn't know if he should be relieved that his brother was not in this already destroyed place or feel scared because if he wasn't here, where is he in the very first place?!

Jeon Wonwoo on the other hand stood right where he had stepped out, horrified.

If Mingyu got into some accident here, the surety was no way in hell he would have survived it.

Infact, if Wonwoo himself was here back then, he wouldn't survive it as well.

But Mingyu wasn't here, Wonwoo could hear the officer who explained Seungcheol everything, "There is no trace of your brother here, sir. Are you sure he was in this car?"

"I fucking saw him taking this car and following the trucks!" Hansol was the first one to burst on the officer, along with Seungcheol who ran his fingers through his hair, "If he isn't in the car, he isn't at home, then where the fuck my brother is?!"

Exactly.

Even Wonwoo was thinking the same thing.

Where was Mingyu if he wasn't here.

"Calm down sir," The officer tried again, "Well, the accident here was very severe. Quite a lot of people died, maybe..."

No.

"The dead bodies are in the nearest city hospital." The officer continued, hesitating, "If your brother was in any of these trucks instead of this car, it might be the case that he is no more..."

Seungcheol felt like his head splitting into two hearing that.

Hansol was sure his stomach was turning, definitely in a bad way.

Wonwoo felt like his brain had blanked out for a second.

This wasn't supposed to be this way.

They were supposed to be fighting, arguing, bickering, or even trying to kill eachother in the process, but this, this situation, whatever this was, it was never supposed to be happening in the very first place.

Why?!

Why did it happen just after when they fought?! Why out of the things that Mingyu would have done, he decided to argue with Wonwoo?! Why was the last person who had seen him was Wonwoo?!

Why does all of these seemed like Wonwoo's fault?

"Keep finding him." Seungcheol orders before he turns back to grab Hansol, "Nothing had happened to him. I know."

"But sir, I think you should atleast check one time-"

"I will!" Seungcheol this time raged, and Hansol had to grab onto him to not let the fight break out as the older grunted once again, "Don't teach me what to do! Just do your job and-"
