"Mingyu hyung!" Hansol yelled the second he entered inside their house, his eyes quickly scanning his brother in desperation and fatigue while Seungcheol followed him from behind with same pale face, finding their middle brother sitting on the couch and immediately standing up at his brother's sight, only to be engulfed in a tight bone crushing hug from Hansol.

Hansol was never the one to initiate touches, giving hugs was not something he could never excell in, but he knew he needed this.

He needed to know that his brother was alive and fine.

When Seungcheol heaved a sigh of relief watching them together, Mingyu honestly couldn't understand what exactly was happening.

And truthfully, Hansol's hug was turning out to be little annoying without any context, "Leave me idiot. I said leave me," He tried to push him away only for Hansol to grab onto him more firmly, "Leave me for fuck's sake! Don't act like I was dead or something-"

"I thought you were!" And then Hansol pulls away just so he could hit his brother more comfortably, "What the fuck is wrong with you?! Where were you even?!"

"You are such a big idiot Mingyu!" Seungcheol decided to smack his head, and Wonwoo watches all of that, watches Mingyu open his mouth in offense and close it again when Seungcheol hits him once more, "Why the fuck were you not picking up your calls?! Do you even have a brain or is your head empty?!"

"I didn't have my phone with me hyung!" Though Mingyu's eyes caught the glance of Wonwoo even for a fraction of second, the glass bearing man found the taller ignoring his whole existence, almost like there was no other man around him beside his brother.

It stung. Wonwoo didn't know why but it didn't feel right that he was neglected. In between the two brothers, he also was the one who desperately searched for him, also was the one who cried for him, also was the one who had thought he had lost him for forever.

But he wasn't allowed to be anywhere near the taller, wasn't allowed to touch him for once, to feel that he was alive and fine when Wonwoo had watched all of the possibilities of him being potentially dead in some corner of a Morgue room.

He also wanted to ask him if he was fine. But maybe, the one who had brought him to this point was Wonwoo himself. His stubbornness had landed him into an isolated corner, where he had everyone, but he didn't belong to anyone.

"You were gone with the trucks, right?" Seungcheol asked when he finally calmed down, his tears now dried off on his cheeks as the curiousness finally took over him, "What happened to that?! How come you are here?!"

"I was gone with the trucks," Mingyu accepts, "But i knew something wasn't right, so halfway through the tunnel, I got off and told the driver to keep following the trucks."

"And I was right, someone was following me, hyung."

The room fell silent, the only sound that could be made out being of the uneven breath that were still trying to complete their part of intaking of oxygen.

"This is too much." Seungcheol's fist was tightened, he was going to find whoever was behind this. He can't just risk anything anymore.

If they can target Mingyu, that means they know whatever that is happening in between them. That also mean they are living under someone's eye, someone who is desperately trying to kill all of them.

"But hyung," Hansol was still confused, "Where were you till now?"

Yes, exactly! Where was he?!

"I was trying to see what was going to happen." Mingyu says, expecting a punch to land over his body once again, "I thought me disappearing will make them think I died, and then they'll do something, maybe finally come out to show us their marvelous victory. I even tried to dig into this, but I couldn't exactly find anything important."
