The next day, the whole house was dead silent.
Not like Wonwoo had expected a music blasting up in his ears as the very first thing when he rubbed his eyes open and attempted to peek downstairs, but not watching the brothers chatting and trying to cook something as the very first thing of the day settled something bad inside his stomach.
Everything was empty, the kitchen was untouched, and when Wonwoo finally came down after dressing up a little thoroughly, he could see the whole living room being devoid of people. The dining table was set though, the food prepared already settled there in their distinguished pots, and suddenly Wonwoo couldn't understand where they all went as the very first thing of the day?
"What am I supposed to do now?" Wonwoo sits on one of the couches of the living room as he ask himself that same question again. These people were really something, neither they kept any permanent housekeeper so atleast Wonwoo could ask them of where they could be, nor they did tell Wonwoo about their disappearance.
But not like Wonwoo expected them to, atleast not after everything that had happened. To be honest, if it was some other normal day, Wonwoo wouldn't have cared about them disappearing so suddenly,
But just yesterday's night Mingyu had come once again in their shared room and strictly told him not to leave for anywhere until they settle their divorce with their lawyers, before he grabbed his pillow and turned towards Hansol's room.
And watching him disappear made Wonwoo ask himself if Hansol had some pillow conquering interest that he wasn't even ready to share one with the taller.
Summary though was still the same, Wonwoo wasn't allowed to leave for anywhere, and he also had no more energy in himself to fight this off anymore.
He was no more interested in watching a pissed off Mingyu.
The divorce was inevitable though, Wonwoo knew until Mingyu doesn't take his libarty back from Wonwoo's possesion, there was no way the taller was going to back down. He deserves it too, Wonwoo truthfully thinks if the role was reversed, he would have already slammed the divorce paper on Mingyu's face to make him sign it without any back and forth consideration of his actions.
And if their non-existing relationship had come to divorce, Wonwoo thinks it might was better that way.
But again, if Wonwoo was being honest, the word 'divorce' didn't make him feel any better. If it was Wonwoo of weeks ago, he would have been happy thinking it was over.
But it was about the Wonwoo of weeks after, the one who was found guilty in Mingyu's eyes, the one who felt his whole heart flipping at the thought of having to see Mingyu's dead face, the one who felt neglected when Mingyu refused to acknowledge his existence.
He shouldn't have been feeling this, he had no rights to, and all that happened and was happening, was all the outcome of his ignorance, cockiness and his very own stubbornness. Wonwoo owns this divorce, he is the sole reason why he had been standing in the circle which is enclose by all sides with no way out.
So, divorce was it then.
The doorbell suddenly rang, and the only human in the whole house finds himself standing up and walking towards the door to open. He half expected it to be the three brothers, the half expectation being of the arrival of his very own brother who only god knows was upto what.
It's just as he opens the door, it turns out to be none of two.
There was a man who stood in front of Wonwoo's sight, ripped jeans, silk shirt, a very fashionable jacket with too many stickers and cuts resting over the shirt as Wonwoo tries to make out who could he be by his weird attire.
