Stella's POV

Joy, exhaustion, and an overwhelming sense of love I never knew was possible is all that I felt in this moment. The room was filled with all those that had loved me and supported me throughout the pregnancy.

All mine and the babies checks were done within an hour after having her, with a completed first feed as she successfully latched onto me with no issues, and thankfully both of us was deemed fit and healthy with no concerns so could be released home first thing tomorrow.

So as we was transferred to the recovery wing we was taken through the waiting room where I spotted Benny, Gabby, Violet and Emily who immediately all rose up out of their seats and over to where Kelly was pushing me in a wheelchair.

As soon as they were close enough I lowered the swaddled blanket in my arms to show the babies face as the girls all squeal and bend down to look at her "oh she's beautiful...congratulations you two" all of them said in unison before they stepped aside slightly letting Benny look he was speechless as he just hug me gently and kissed my cheek with a whispered congratulations.

With the approval from the doctor there quickly became a train of people following behind me and Kelly as they followed us to the recovery wing.

we were Now fully settled in my recovery room and I was resting up on a much comfier bed, stood to my right was Kelly watching over gabby like a hawk as she held summer, he hasn't took his eyes of her since she was born, it's almost like if he took his eyes of her she would disappear.

Violet and Emily were stood nearby impatiently waiting for their turn to hold the newest member to join our friendship group.

Kelly's mom and dad were stood to my left just watching on at us all having already had their first lots of cuddles but waiting for their second dose before everyone had to leave.

I could still feel the remnants of labor tugging at my body, the cramps across my stomach and the sting that lingered between my legs each time I moved, the pain was definitely not over just because the baby was here, but the love that radiated in the room that I could feel definitely helped distract me from any aches and pains.

I kept my eye on the tiny life form being passed to Violet gently as Kelly followed her already in his protective dad era as I chuckle to myself, I fold the burp cloth over against the bed as I turn to Jennifer who was smiling over at Kelly and summer. "Hey, Jennifer?" I ask as she turns to me "yes honey" she says placing her hand against my knee

"Thankyou...for being here, I really needed a mother figure here in the moment that I became a mother" I tell her as she smiles at me and rubs her hand over my knee "of course honey, there's no where else I'd have rather been...Thankyou for letting me be here, it was amazing to witness the miracle of life where I'm not the subject" she says laughing as I chuckle and hold my side.

"Even better knowing that little miracle was my granddaughter" she says looking back over at summer in violets arms "she's so lucky to have you two as her grandparents, I couldn't have asked for anyone better" I say as they both look at me and smile "we can't wait to spoil the little princess" Benny says as I nod "oh I can imagine, is it sleepover at grandmas and grandpas every weekend then" I ask as the 3 of us chuckle "oh we will have her anytime not just weekends, we're going to be there anytime you, Kelly or summer need us" Jenny says as I smile at her and hold my arms out as she comes over and hugs me as I just start crying.

"Hey...hey come on now, no need to cry, we're not that bad" Jenny says jokingly as she moves back but keeps hold of my arms as she rubs them and I chuckle and shake my head as I look down "I'm sorry I just...I love and appreciate you guys so much, I don't know how I would have made it this far without you's but..." I pause as I play with my fingers.
